My stay at The Cecil Oberoi Shimla was nothing short of amazing. The service was outstanding, the rooms were cozy and well-maintained, and the facilities were excellent. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of.We were welcomed with a cake & decorated room for our special occasion. Food was delicious. Would absolutely stay here again!

An end-to-end Oberoi experience. Superb staff and great service. The indoor heated pool was fantastic. Rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast spread was huge and cannot expect more. The hotel is very centrally located and is at a 5 minute drive from the Mall Road.

An absolutely stunning hotel, very attentive, friendly & polite staff. Our room was perfect with the most comfortable bed & bedding. I would highly recommend this hotel, you will enjoy spectacular views of Shimla & surrounding areas :) :)

A wonderful heritage hotel on the edge of Shimla's Mall. It is very elegant and the rooms are stylish, tasteful and well equipped. We had lovely views over the hills. Each room comes with a charming little booklet on the history of the hotel. There is a lovely bar with live piano music every evening and great cocktails. Breakfast was delicious with a large, multi - cuisine buffet and plenty of freshly cooked items. Dinner was delicious with a massive choice of options. The best thing about the hotel though was the service. Staff were unfailingly helpful and provided a personalised service. They remembered what we had had for breakfast on our first day and provided suggestions based on that on subsequent days! They also provided a surprise birthday cake and balloons for my wife!

Amazing experience staying for 3 nights. The history of the palace is very fascinating to look at and stay in. The staff here are very responsive and know exactly what they are doing taking care of us and the rest of the guests. I don't think anyone should miss a chance to stay here at least 2 nights.

The attention to detail and the staff’s dedication to making our stay super convenient and extremely comfortable made us never want to leave! One of the best Oberoi properties we’ve visited so far. They’ve also made our anniversary celebration unique with their private dining. The food menu offers various global cuisines ***** with authentic Himachali food. Will come back to stay here again!

Stayed at the Cecil on 11-12 October 2024. An elegant hotel with lovely friendly staff. Best massage I’ve ever had in the Cecil’s spa. Thank you to Nikhil who provided us with delicious cocktails and conversation on both evenings. Loved the lentil crisps!
