The property was comfortable and the food was decent. The location is also pretty central, quite close to the tunnel and mall road. The usp was the staff, who were extremely warm, welcoming, and caring.

Away from the busy street's with a 10 mins drive from the mall road, we had an amazing stay for 02 nights. Mr. Anil from front desk, Mr. Manmohan and Mr. Punit from F&B took great care of us. Given a spacious room, with good meal package. Highly recommended for a tranquil stay.

Spent three nights. Check in was quick. No dedicated parking place available. Parked on the road. Room service was nice. So was housekeeping. However, it took 24 hours to get a replacement toilet roll. The staff was polite and competent. Food was good taste and adequate quantity. The room fittings were under renovation it seems. The geyser was temperamental. In all adequate service. Could have been better.
