"The biggest drawback of this hotel is its strict no-cancellation policy after booking. I called Ctrip and even the hotel in Japan directly. The hotel told me it was Ctrip and the intermediary agent who wouldn't allow cancellations, and there was nothing they could do. Ctrip then said the hotel wouldn't permit a refund. They just kept passing the buck. Seriously, everyone should be very cautious when booking here in the future!
There were long queues for meals, and getting anywhere required a long walk, making it not very kid-friendly. Moreover, the skiing isn't the convenient ski-in/ski-out type you'd find at Club Med."

"First time travelling with my baby boy and the experience at The Risonare was wonderful. Full of fun activities, beautiful environment. The view was spectacular , my husband and I even got some time to pamper ourselves . Our room was spacious but the living room and corridor was quite old though. Given the price of our room, this is the only one thing we didn’t enjoy so much ."

"Pros: The hotel offers a comfortable stay with a warm and welcoming receptionist who made check-in a pleasant experience. The breakfast was delicious as well
Cons: The public shared shower room has limited access, available only from 4 PM to 10 PM, which may be inconvenient for guests with different schedules."

"The hotel is better than expected. Although it has a shared bathroom, it is very complete and clean. Because there are not many rooms and limited guests, you don’t have to wait long to take a shower. When I first arrived, no one was there. I filled out the form and got the key. There was a camera on the stage that was controlled remotely. At first I thought I was going to sleep on a tatami, but luckily there was a bed in the room. The bed, quilt and pillows were very soft, which I wasn't used to, but I felt quite comfortable sleeping on it. Recommended to friends who go to Hoshino to see the sea of clouds."

"Not a place for foreign tourists
To experience the feeling of local Japan
It is a good value for money accommodation.
From Furano to New Chitose
It was good as a last night route.
There is no open-air bath, so don't expect hot springs.
Sauna was used as a charter
It's old, but it's very clean with no dust in every corner.
Since it is a cabin in the forest, even in winter, ladybugs are indoors.
It was also fun to be with nature.
The bedding is soft and the stove is warm.
Surprisingly, I was surprised that the interior of the room was warm.
The owner is kind and comfortable overnight!
If you are a foreigner who can speak simple Japanese
Try the real Japanese traditional culture experience!"

"The location of this hotel is near the famous scenic spot. The glamping facility they have looks attractive. I should have booked more than one night there in order to enjoy the site and observe for a morning with better weather to visit the scenic view."
