It's too different from the plan. Although I directly told them, ``You should change the description of the plan,'' it remained the same. I think it's a scam. I had booked a Japanese-style room that said, ``You can enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Nojiri from the window,'' so I went there looking forward to the view, but it was hidden behind a pine tree and I really couldn't see it at all. The reservation plan said ``◆Great service: All-you-can-drink coffee (dining room/self-service)'', so when I arrived and went to get coffee with my cell phone mug, I was greeted with a lot of sarcasm, so I had a really bad feeling. I did. According to him, all-you-can-drink coffee is only available at breakfast. The breakfast description separately states that ``Milk, coffee, and orange juice are provided self-service,'' so it is normal to think that the ``all-you-can-drink coffee'' mentioned above is available at other times. I think so. I told them to change the description of the plan because it was confusing, but it is still the same. The water temperature in the communal bath was so low that it didn't warm up even after I was in it for more than 10 minutes, so it was cold. There were a lot of insects in the room, which was a problem. There are many other things. It was a very disappointing stay that was made by lying on the reservation plan.

I stayed here on April 13th with 8 friends. Located in the center of Lake Nojiri, right in front of the lake, the Naumann elephant excavation site and museum are also nearby. There was a large selection of dishes, and I was satisfied with both breakfast and dinner. The housekeeping is thorough and the rooms and bathrooms are clean. It was very quiet and I was able to take a rest before Golden Week. The proprietress is very knowledgeable about tourist spots in the area, so it's a good idea to ask about not only Lake Nojiri but also the surrounding mountains.
