途經石阡入住位於湯山街道吳家灣村吳家灣組2號的銀河悦酒店。前台服務員待客禮貌，餐廳服務員勤快熱情有禮貌；房間不大，乾淨衞生，床鋪舒適；衞生間沒有乾濕分離，淋浴水較小；停車方便；早餐不錯。

首先辦理入住前台小姐很體貼送上温水（服務很好），其次就是房間的投影不會搞，小姐姐很耐心幫忙解決（搞了三四次投影問題）前台小姐姐很熱心解決問題，房間環境也很好，設施很新。距離石阡温泉不遠，温泉泡完回去睡覺舒服～
第二天早上的早餐也不錯，早餐的阿姨很熱情服務很好。有機會下次來還會選擇這裏住

設施：空間佈局合理、床品我很滿意，枕頭有兩種材質和高度，適合我這種頸椎疼對枕頭有要求的，睡覺很舒適。
衞生：房間乾淨整潔，我是續住的，結束一天工作回到房間，連床上都整理得和新入住的一樣，疲憊感瞬間消失不見啦。
服務：從前台到餐廳，態度都很好，着裝規範、有禮貌、熱情周到。
