大廳的工作人員看見帶着孩子，主動升級了房間，點贊，床墊很舒服，可惜電梯有點少，每次要等很久，室內的温泉水很舒服，但地面太臟了，建議重新鋪地磚或者地墊。

房間老舊，下午4點過去，給了房卡上去房間還沒做清潔。温泉千萬別去，小孩1米2多，收費38元，水臟得不行，人多，還沒有浴巾，跑了半天找到了一個地方拿浴巾。去了這的温泉以後回來就得了特別嚴重的婦科炎症！旋轉滑梯單獨收費，魚療單獨收費，這還有什麼能玩，小童區也全是冷水。

這個小縣城出乎預料的舒服，人也很友善，這個酒店温泉池好多，室外游泳池很漂亮，水温恰恰好，温泉池也多，酒店出門左拐就是石阡古鎮，早上很多老百姓趕集，旁邊就是石阡河，好清澈的水，計劃以後過來多住幾天，休閑娛樂一下，酒店很棒！

這是住過一次再也不想住第二次的酒店！在縣城裡一晚七百多的費用，就跟一兩百的差不多，整個酒店設施陳舊，房間臭氣熏天😡，下水道反味超嚴重，而且還沒排氣扇，找服務人員處理，聽他們講就是往下水道里倒了些開水，根本不解決問題，仍然臭的不行，到前台詢問還有房間嗎他們回覆房間全住滿了😭
早餐也差的要死，品種少的可憐，東西也難吃的要死，菜都沒洗乾淨，簡直不要太差！房間多要水要加錢，要浴袍也加錢，結果送來的浴袍還是臟的😡
真不明白這麼差的服務，這麼陳舊的設施還敢要價到七百多😡
房間臭到整夜無法入睡，衹是後悔沒拍照片😡

本來不想評價的，忘掉了，既然你們發了短訊提醒提醒我了。
就是一坨，物理意義的一坨，電梯間充滿翔味。
服務更是讓人無法理解的車位不讓停，還**是專用車位什麼是專用？？？
吃早餐更是離大譜，是我見過最離譜的，服務員甚至想的是防止這羣**客户多拿對吃，供應時間快到了趕緊端走，防止有人搶到了。
究竟有多離譜呢，問：勺子還有嗎？答：沒有了就這麼多用完了就沒了。 難道不能在洗一個出來嗎？？？
服務是什麼玩意，沒有的，甚至什麼是服務估計貴酒店沒有人能答的上來

衞生：衞生還挺好的
環境：有一點老舊
服務：熱情好客
雙人石阡古温泉門票:送兩個人的票 樓下就是室內温泉 池子挺多的 但是好多設備有些老舊 湊活能用吧，室外的就不咋樣了，可能因為是淡季一半以上的池子都沒開 娛樂項目也有點冷都關閉了！

我們入住的房間衞生間有很大的下水道味，我們本想過以後就會沒有味道了，可是味道更大已經影響睡覺了，和前台溝通後給我們換了一個房間，房間沒有味道但半夜三更我們提着東西，穿上衣服換房，感覺非常不好。
前台服務意識很強，態度也很好。

房間一般，有點老舊，浴室一圈那種黑色的黴條沒刷，其他都還不錯，國慶期間接待能力不大行，早餐好多好多人排隊，湯池室內的沒泡，要去最裡麪，往水上樂園再裏面走園林區，那邊的小池子比較多。水温也很舒服。
