這家温泉酒店還是蠻不錯的，温泉池乾淨舒適，儘管淡季，室內外的泡池水質清澈，整體環境維護乾淨優雅放鬆。前台接待的美女小姐姐態度熱情專業，從入住到離店全程細心周到，酒店客房明亮，窗外江景風景如畫，性價比高，強烈推薦給追求舒適體驗的遊客。

前台服務小妹熱情周到，給我們免費給升級了房間，雖然現在是淡季，但是温泉池子室外開放了20多個，游泳池水也很乾凈，人也少。酒店整體服務到位，有問必答，室內温泉功能區設備需改善。

大廳的工作人員看見帶着孩子，主動升級了房間，點贊，床墊很舒服，可惜電梯有點少，每次要等很久，室內的温泉水很舒服，但地面太臟了，建議重新鋪地磚或者地墊。

房間老舊，下午4點過去，給了房卡上去房間還沒做清潔。温泉千萬別去，小孩1米2多，收費38元，水臟得不行，人多，還沒有浴巾，跑了半天找到了一個地方拿浴巾。去了這的温泉以後回來就得了特別嚴重的婦科炎症！旋轉滑梯單獨收費，魚療單獨收費，這還有什麼能玩，小童區也全是冷水。

這個小縣城出乎預料的舒服，人也很友善，這個酒店温泉池好多，室外游泳池很漂亮，水温恰恰好，温泉池也多，酒店出門左拐就是石阡古鎮，早上很多老百姓趕集，旁邊就是石阡河，好清澈的水，計劃以後過來多住幾天，休閑娛樂一下，酒店很棒！

這是住過一次再也不想住第二次的酒店！在縣城裡一晚七百多的費用，就跟一兩百的差不多，整個酒店設施陳舊，房間臭氣熏天😡，下水道反味超嚴重，而且還沒排氣扇，找服務人員處理，聽他們講就是往下水道里倒了些開水，根本不解決問題，仍然臭的不行，到前台詢問還有房間嗎他們回覆房間全住滿了😭
早餐也差的要死，品種少的可憐，東西也難吃的要死，菜都沒洗乾淨，簡直不要太差！房間多要水要加錢，要浴袍也加錢，結果送來的浴袍還是臟的😡
真不明白這麼差的服務，這麼陳舊的設施還敢要價到七百多😡
房間臭到整夜無法入睡，衹是後悔沒拍照片😡
