Grateful for the nice and helpful lady at the reception. Facilities are great (Onsen of course), a decent room to stay in and they even offer you amenities to enjoy tea there. Also, thankful to the hotel that offered me a ride to the train station so that I don't have to worry about getting on a bus with my heavy luggage. Thank you for such a pleasant hotel experience you have offered me, hotel staff team!

房間面朝港灣 非常舒服 周邊晚上非常安靜 距離海鮮市場步行15分鐘 千疊敷 三段壁 白沙灘這幾個景點在一起 公交車十分鐘就到車站也很近. 其次酒店早餐晚餐都非常豐富 也特別用心，建議大家一定要體驗下會席！房間內設施很全面，儀式感很足，有私湯也有足湯，溜達完一天美美泡上一會兒別提多爽！另外酒店提供接送車站服務，然後免費自行車可以用，我租自行車環島也見到過很多美麗的景色。 最後老闆老白.非常熱情好客 會開着車拉着出去玩，兩個店員也可以説中文交流，基本上無障礙，非常適合深度度假遊玩.非常滿意的一次行程

這次日本之行最適合的酒店！服務特別周到。投資人是國人，店長老白特熱情，可以加微信在不忙的時候可以到車站接送。店裡好幾個工作人員都會説中文。
這也是日本之行吃得最最最滿足的一次。建議大家預訂一次會席。我是吃了幾口就覺得第二天晚餐也要在酒店吃。大概是淡季了每一次用餐就我一個人。

房間非常大，風景很棒很安靜，位置靠近白濱站和海鮮市場，門口公交車要走10分鐘，這條路晚上有點黑，到海灘和三斷壁坐公交很方便，但是等的時間太久了。周圍吃飯的地方不多，公交車站那有個拉麪還不錯，建議要麼吃完回酒店，要麼定酒店的晚餐。酒店居然有班車可以送到白濱站，提前跟前台預約就行，這一點很贊。有點不方便的是屋裡沒辦法洗澡，衹能去温泉，但是温泉上午開放時間是6-9點，如果起晚了是不是就不能洗澡了，我們沒敢嘗試。海鮮市場兩個人吃到撐才300人民幣。去那智大社和熊野古道要算好公交車和黑潮時間，一天來回還是和值得的，比紀伊勝浦方便多了，這裏住了四天三晚，每天都去了不同的地方，回來泡温泉解乏，性價比很高。順便説一下，柯南迷會很有感覺。

雖然在白濱衹住一晚，但卻是糾結後連着退訂二個酒店來到海岳，在一個安靜的港灣處，老闆儒雅大氣，老白熱情細緻，全程溝通無障礙。開業一年多設施很新，房間很大，躺在榻榻米上直接看日出，每天多到6瓶飲料根本喝不完，洗漱用品pola從卸粧到水乳有二個系列，小朋友還有貝親，泡湯用品中竟然細緻到提供襪子和真絲眼罩，湯池超級乾淨，還有免費品嚐的各式雪糕，提供的餐食也很豐盛。老白百忙之中還開車兼職導遊帶我們遊覽景點，處處體現用心，已經暢想下次天熱的時候再來海岳。

在白濱待了三天，兩晚住在這裏，酒店服務、餐食以及温泉體驗超級無敵棒，老闆中國人服務員也會講中文服務態度是我體驗過最棒的酒店，對比紅薯上推薦的高價海景房温泉房真的是極具性價比，免費接送到白濱站，晚上泡温泉吹着海風很棒，泡完了還有很好吃的雪糕～餐食需要提前一天預訂付費有很高級的海鮮，壽喜鍋套餐等應該是在白濱一眾酒店中餐飲評分最高的值得一試！房間準備了茶和茶具很棒能夠看到一點海景，裝修很有韻味！
