Cleanness of room was great but the rooms are getting a little run down.
Service from staff was outstanding, they always willing to help and going beyond to help you even if u don’t speak Japanese.

The view from the 8th floor was great.
I was concerned about stains on the carpet and bald spots due to aging facilities. I don't like the fact that there are metal fittings without any paintings. The toilet paper is not folded in a triangle, and the hotel should do this as a sign of hospitality without being misled by various theories.
The food was also delicious. However, it was unfortunate that the space behind the chairs was narrow and there was a lot of foot traffic, making it difficult to dine in peace.
Above all, the male staff member's welcoming attitude when we arrived was very good, and first impressions are important! The female staff member was also kind and helpful, taking photos for us.

The environment is beautiful and the room is the largest among the hotels I have stayed in in Japan. The breakfast buffet includes sashimi rice, and the dinner buffet includes Wagyu beef eye dishes. Overall, I am very satisfied.

I've stayed at this hotel about once before
It is a very special castle style design and the lobby is very gorgeous. Don’t believe it is just a 4-star hotel.
I highly recommend this hotel. The hot springs are all designed.
The breakfast and dinner buffets have a lot of variety and the taste is generally good.
