到達大阪關西機場後，乘坐關空高速到日根野站換乘特急黑潮號到紀伊勝浦站下車，從二樓出站口出來之後，在天橋上左轉就能看見預訂的花之御宿旅館，下天橋過馬路就到。接待人員是日本人，不會中文，但是可以英語簡單交流溝通，房間很小，但很乾凈，住兩個人足夠。預訂的是日式房間，沒有獨立的衞生間和浴室，但都挺近，出門就到。服務人員很熱情，還幫着預約了晚上的私人温泉，但每人衹能泡25分鐘。收拾完準備出去逛逛，順便吃晚飯，服務生很熱情介紹了很多吃飯的地方，我説我不吃海鮮，他就給我介紹了烤肉館，後來還追出來給了我一份地圖，但是我也沒聽懂到底在哪兒，自己決定隨便找點吃的。旅館離碼頭很近，馬路對面翻過天橋就是南海公交汽車站。小鎮很小，晚上人少很安靜，但也有不少的居酒屋和小食堂，還讓我找到了一家中國料理。吃完晚飯。按預約時間泡完温泉洗漱完回房間，旅館晚上10:30熄燈，很暗也很安靜，可以好好睡了一覺。旅館一層有免費的行李寄存，小件兒可以放櫃子裏，大件行車可以用鏈子鎖鎖上，當然也可以根據自己的情況把行李寄存在JR車站或者南海公交汽車站的收費寄存櫃裏。個人感覺，作為一個人臨時週轉，準備休息一夜繼續旅行的人來説足夠好了。
