- nicely designed and well maintained hotel, very quiet - away from the Main Street, not very convenient, shuttle bus is very limited, only two in the morning to the train station, you have to book in advance - no gym or pool or a la carte restaurant options - great ocean view from the room, lobby and Onsen - service was subpar, the onsen floor was slippery, I fell and injured my hand and feet, had two medicated plasters from the reception and that was it - lots of people were taking photos in the mixed bath onsen???

We are self driving from JR Wakayama to Shirahama about 2 hours, nice place and good location because can see the sunshine with nice beach view. The onsen is super nice view face to the beach/sea and peaceful. Hotel breakfast is very delicious with traditional Japan and Western style , there is alot of choice too. The staff is helpful to carry on our bag and luggage. The hotel reception have a convenient shop for us to buy the souvenir. I will be back again, thank you!

We were impressed by the staff's extremely polite attitude and the way they used language when we checked in. Our family of four stayed in a room with four beds in one room. The view was great, the illuminations were beautiful at night, and the surrounding hotels probably helped create a nice atmosphere. The buffet-style dinner and breakfast were luxurious and we enjoyed a lot. The bath was also great, with an open-air bath and the fresh air was refreshing. We were a little confused as it was hard to find the entrance to the hotel from the road. It would have been nice if there had been clearer signs.

There is a Chinese-speaking front desk staff in the hotel, and the rest of the front desk staff can speak English. There is a public bath on the second floor of the hotel, 3 pools, and additional spa services can be purchased. The room is quite large, and opposite is the white sand beach, which is very beautiful.

The hotel is located by the sea and has a private beach (stone beach). The room terrace has a private hot spring, and it feels very free to watch the seaside hot spring. At 9 pm, the hotel will also arrange to play the projection on the beach hill with Laser for the pre-written message of the guests. This service is very heartwarming. If you want to propose and celebrate your birthday, you will dry it. The main course for dinner is Japanese-style roast and beef, with two Italian and Spanish pre-foods, Japanese fried rice and ice cream. Because the location of the hotel is relatively remote, I have to drive by myself. The hotel is built on the mountain. The parking lot is a slope away from the reception desk. When checking in and leaving the hotel, the waiter will use the Golf car to carry guests and luggage to the parking lot and the reception desk. The check-in record is very simple, just report the reservation name, no registration and deposit are required. The waiter will take the initiative to send the luggage to the room via the stairs, and will not bother the guests at all. The service is first-class. Although the space in the room is slightly thin, it is still enough. The room was clean and well maintained. In summary, private hot springs and hotel services on the guest terrace are selling points 👍🏻

Location: The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the bus station Jiangjinliang, but there is a section of uphill road, walking is more tired. However, the hotel provides pick-up and drop-off from Baibin Station and needs to be reserved in advance. Food: Early and late are traditional Japanese meals. If you like raw cold food, you must like it. If you don't love seafood, it is recommended not to include meals. The hotel refrigerator drinks are free to drink, and 24-hour snacks milk and ice cream are also provided. Service: Very polite and polite, the waiter will take the initiative to say hello every day. Hygienic: The room is very new and the hygiene is very good. Hot springs: No large baths, all are private soup. Can see the sea, but far away. If you come back to Baibin, you will choose again.

景色絕美，一套公寓房，客廳大約4.50平米，地下温泉房➕洗澡大概20多平米，卧室大概20多平米放兩張床還有很大空間。在seamore酒店隔壁，離海舟150米吧，窗外看的是同一片海。非常非常靠近海邊，空間大，可以住多人，有冰箱洗衣機廚具電視，可以自己做飯。缺點是太靠近海邊不在交通幹道旁邊，走到seamore（seamore就在馬路邊）大概5分鐘，就是孤零零幾棟樓住的人也少，晚上回來會覺得有點……衹要衞生打掃好了，房東也會讓提前入住，有問題都回復很快
