Very super duper far from town, shared compound with rest & relax station of highway. Not convenient to get access to amenities, no food no nothing. Room is big and clean but bedsheets are not clean.

· 環境與衞生： 民宿設計有格調，環境清幽，房間乾淨整潔，這點值得肯定。
· 地理位置與設施： 選址安全可靠，在高速口，去哪裡都方便，場地開闊，停車方便。
然而，最核心的“服務”環節，卻帶來了非常不佳的體驗，主要集中在退房環節：
1. 催退房方式生硬： 在中午12點左右，我們接到了前台人員催促退房的提醒，語氣急切且不容商量，還有一絲煩躁不耐煩（僅代表我個人感受）缺乏服務行業應有的耐心和温度。這瞬間打破了度假的鬆弛感，讓人感到不被尊重。
2. 缺乏服務靈活性： 作為一家定位應是提供温馨體驗的民宿，而非快捷酒店，在退房時間上理應有一定的彈性溝通空間（例如，詢問客人今日行程、是否需要行李寄存等）。但工作人員衹是生硬地執行“12點”這個規定，缺乏變通。
總結與建議：
我們理解民宿或許有國企背景，運營規範。但既然面向公眾市場，就應遵循市場規律和服務業的本質——“以人為本”。
建議管理層能關注一線員工的服務培訓：
· 優化流程： 是否可以在客人入住時温馨提醒退房時間，並主動詢問是否有特殊需求？
· 提升技巧： 即便是催退房，是否可以用“您好，打擾一下，請問您大概幾點方便退房呢？我們這邊好為您安排後續清理”這樣的話語來溝通？

當徵費所宿舍有了閑置，那麼創意就來了，不得不佩服泉州高速公司。雖然在高速邊上，但是客房特別安靜舒適、乾淨衞生、寬敞整潔，停車特別方便。整體入住體驗頗佳。

雖然是在高速邊上，但是外賣什麼都能送到。然後環境也很安靜，聽不到車的聲音。但是這個樓和員工宿舍挨着，晚上員工説話巨大聲，一直聊到半夜根本不聽，早上也是巨早就開始吵。但前台的服務態度很好，可是員工宿舍和這個共用，環境有待考慮

房間好大，中式裝修，國企看出來是不差錢的，洗髮水還用的海飛絲，體驗不錯，停車也方便。感覺挺衞生，除了沒酒店那些洗衣服服務外其他都不必3-4百酒店差，主要感覺挺新挺乾淨的

前台小姐姐辦理入住特別快，還貼心介紹了好玩的地方和美食。房間阿姨打掃的特別乾淨，他們家床墊是大品牌慕斯很柔軟舒適，落地窗看外面的風景很美。下次出行，這家酒店必須是我的首選。
