Originally, we needed to stay again (the next day) because things were not settled, but we couldn't stay any longer, so we had to find another hotel.
First of all: the TV couldn't be turned on. I called and asked. The reply said that someone would come and take a look and asked me to wait. However, I waited for half an hour. When I called again and asked, of course I said "Okay, I'll be here right away", but Waited for nearly 20 minutes.
Secondly, the sheets were too thin, and even hair-like hairs underneath the sheets (on top of the store mattress) could be seen through the sheets. Then, I peeled off the sheets, and as a result, there were a lot of hairs on the mattress.
Third, the bathroom may have never been cleaned. The walls to the floor are dirty and moldy; the shower hose is also broken.
