Had a comfortable stay at this hotel! It is well situated at a convenient location with a 15mins stroll to the nearby mall. Facilities were well equipped, room was clean and breakfast was ample. It was sweet that they served fruit plate and dessert to my room during the evening. They have their own huge spa centre around the corner, though I only discovered it at the end of my sta. At the same time, the individually operated massage place at the hotel lobby was just as convenient. Highly recommended if you are staying in Shishi!

Overall a great stay. The room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast had quite a variety, but it got a bit boring after three days since the menu didn’t change much. By the way, the gym on the 6th floor is quite lively — it’s open to the public and has private trainers around.

They need to improve their service standards if they wish to maintain a premium hotel status. Our rooms faced the afternoon sun on a sunny winter day. It was cold outside but hot and stuffy inside our rooms. Complaints were met with nonchalant attitude that they couldn’t adjust the central airconditioning as it would be too cold for the rooms facing the other side. Had to call twice before the faulty hairdryer could be replaced. The simple request for an extra pillow was forgotten and by the end of our long day we were just too tired to squabble anymore. Stayed at much better 4 star hotels that don’t even brand themselves as premium.

My good mood just kept coming; truly, I made the right choice of hotel in Shishi. The front desk lady was beautiful, and her service was meticulous and professional, speaking softly and gently. When I got out of the car, I had a lot of luggage, and Manager Xiao Wang thoughtfully arranged two luggage carts. What was even more surprising was that my room had been treated for no-smoking, and the room itself was clean and tidy, with a faint, pleasant fragrance.

This hotel is very new and the rooms are nice and comfortable. Very clean and well kept. The staff is professional and took care of all our needs. Underground parking is free. The breakfast offered a wide range of food choices and was excellent. Great views of the city from the restaurant. Highly reccomend this hotel for the quality of the room and the ammenities.

Although the hotel itself is decent, you have to pay for anything in your room and even slippers and tea. And while it is not a problem itself, it leaves mixed feelings.
