小區位置靠近黃金海岸，與泉州海洋館在同一小區，步行就可以到達。這裡是遙拍洛伽寺的絕佳地點。
房間佈置的也很別緻，還有單獨茶室，從窗邊更可以直接遠眺洛伽寺和黃金海岸。整體硬件設施都不錯。
房東老闆非常熱情，中間電視遙控出現了一些問題，春節期間還特意派人過來幫忙修理。還給我們推薦周邊吃飯的地方和一些旅遊景點，人非常好。

蠻好玩的 石獅很出片 一定要來玩啊
民宿乾淨，很大，附近吃得很多，小區邊門晚上還有很多非洲大蝸牛，帶小朋友來的可以去探險哦
白天附近租個電瓶車到處逛啊（注意防曬），開車人多會堵車 阿玲小吃店阿 麪線糊10元。泉州西街25，一定要去嚐嚐 還有海蠣煎土豆粉那個 香是香的我包車師傅都忍不住要來一口

小區裏的公寓房民宿，陽台就可以看見大海，有廚房可以做飯，兩個房間，一家人住剛剛好。晚上散步去海邊，聆聽大海的聲音。距離珞伽寺幾分鐘車程，早點去人少。
