It was pleasant stay their, In morning breakfast so good, in evening also they keep cold drink, coffee, biscuits,noodle , bread 🥪, overall it's good experience. Staff is very good and humble 🙂.

They have demonstrated good professionalism and customer service awareness, making the check-in reception process quite smooth. However, at the same time, the hotel's performance in other aspects is obviously insufficient. First of all, the parking lot management and service are not satisfactory. Not only are the parking spaces tight, but the relevant service processes may not be standardized, which has brought many inconveniences to self-driving guests and reduced the accommodation experience. Secondly, the sanitary conditions are indeed worrying. The carpet in the guest room is obviously lacking in cleanliness and the stains are conspicuous, which not only affects the visual perception, but also has a direct impact on the sanitation of the living environment, which does not meet the standards of high-quality hotels. In addition, the problem of the internal structure and layout of the hotel has also caused a certain degree of trouble. The hotel shares the same elevator with the KTV and foot bath downstairs, resulting in mixed traffic at night, and the noise problem is particularly prominent, which seriously affects the rest quality of the guests staying in the hotel. This design obviously does not fully consider the sound insulation and privacy requirements between different functional areas, which is undoubtedly a pity for business or leisure travelers seeking quiet and comfortable. In summary, although Shishi Jinjing Hotel has a good location and excellent front desk service, it urgently needs to improve parking management, room hygiene and public area order to improve the overall service level and customer satisfaction.

The hotel is in a very good location, with free parking. There are various businesses and snacks downstairs, not far from Bagua Street. Although the hotel is a bit old, the room is large, clean, and the bedding is very comfortable. The front desk also gave two breakfasts and welcome fruits. The point is that the breakfast is very rich at such a cheap price. Later, I stayed for another night. It was great!

I came to Shishi to play and booked this hotel. It was cost-effective. It cost more than 200 yuan. The room was large and the hygiene was not bad. Located in Shishi District, the neighbourhood is not as vibrant as the Old Town. However, it's an excellent place to have a good rest after a bustling day in the crowded city centre. Love the hotel's exquisite decorations, and very thoughtful sensor night lights at bottom of the bed frames. Best of all, complimentary supper is provided. There is a small library which has a good collection of books. Beds are very comfortable and linens are spotlessly clean. I would strongly receommend this hotel to other travellers.

Always happy to return to the Pullman Shishi. The service is excellent and the location is perfect. And a great view from the 25th floor
