訂了3間房，第一天入住時前台大姐態度挺好的，我問了續房的事宜，她主動説可以給我們優惠一點，因為行程沒有確定就沒有當時續房，也説好了第二天再做決定。到了第二天早上決定續房，但前台換了一位小哥，我們就和他説明情況按昨天和大姐説價格續房，誰知道他態度特別差，愛搭不理，説讓我們直接在app下單，一副隨便你的樣子。其實也就相差十幾塊，不是我非的要優惠那十幾塊錢，而是態度真的很差。根本就不是服務的態度。你和他説話他都愛理不理。氣的我直接換酒店。
