很冷的天兒，不通暖氣也不提前告知説清楚，看電視，還需要斷了光貓電重啟才行，這麼冷也不能洗澡，聯繫退房還不給全退，櫥子裏放的被子還帶紅色斑點，是凱利亞德的連鎖店嗎?要好好整改一下了！

對待老客户極其惡劣，沒有了早餐，按金，沒窗户的房間，房間裏面長頭髮沒打掃，毛巾帶血，沒窗户一股黴味，吹風機壞的，空調噪音巨大，真是體驗巨一般，下次再也不去了。。。。

西安旅遊回程路過的住宿酒店，還得要訂連鎖品牌有保障一點。裝修很不錯，房間環境好好噢。就是沒有瓶裝水，有飲水機。第一次見房間有飲水機，不過我們沒有用，感覺還是瓶裝水好點吧
