專門訂的靠小區內的房間，説是升級後的房間，可是床墊睡得腰痠背痛，難受的不行，晚上沒説好白天想休息一下，小區綠化鋸樹，完全無法休息，反映給前台，一點反應都沒有，實在很失望，下次不會再來了

先説結論：房間寬敞乾淨舒適，服務熱情細緻非常暖心。剛進大廳，前台的微笑問候讓人舒心，辦完入住，還贈送了一份水果和零食，收穫一份開心。房間很寬敞，我和同事兩個人住完全轉得開。健身房器械比其他酒店要豐富一些。淋浴間水量很大，洗澡很爽。早餐的服務一樣貼心，我和同事換餐位時，一旁的服務員小姐姐主動幫我們把盤子給移到新的位置，細節中體現出酒店的專業管理和現場人員的高素質。退房的時候，前台還特地提醒要不要帶瓶水，真的是為顧客着想。為她們的全程熱情服務點贊。下次有機會還會選擇這裏。

這已經是回十堰的第二次入住了，可見還是很喜歡這裏的環境，進門熟悉的味道，衞生和服務都還不錯。早餐品種不多但不踩雷，服務員看到食品快空了也會及時補充。挺好的
