房間乾淨整潔，裝修很別緻，泥爐煮茶，家庭團聚。值得擁有！有免費停車場，地下停車場兩層，停車位有兩百多個吧，停車很方便。早餐也很不錯！在樓頂花園旁，環境很好！酒店的服務人員都很友善，服務很周到。非常感謝！

差評差評差評，房間床單被套枕套都是用過的，刷牙杯子都是臟的，房間爛的要死，一個小縣城的房子和一線城市一個價，（淡季）前台像個擺破爛的，不是因為駕車時間長了，累，根本不會住。下面是同樣價格，看看人家一線城市的房間和房價！圖6.7.8.9是長沙和武漢我住過的酒店，請大家自己看！攜程現在真是，啥酒店都能入住攜程了，也不負房間的真實性！

這個酒店應該是我住過最温馨的酒店，我感覺應該是石柱最好的酒店從酒店設計到環境衞生，都蠻喜歡的，衞生特乾淨，另外前台小姐姐漂亮又有耐心，熱情而大方，早餐更是很豐富，尤其是糕點和粗糧，很喜歡吃，早點師傅們也很熱心，反正這家酒店住着很温馨，很舒服，以後到石柱都住他們家

很不好，廁所的水沖地板到處都是，離電梯口近，開始給我一間與圖片不一樣的房間，找前台更換，很不情願且説你加錢可以升級另一種房間，我的訂單上可免費升級房型，前台人員説升不了，然後説加錢就可以，服務態度也不好！早餐也不行！
