地理位置也很好，剛好在步行街，

服務態度很好，味道也很好，還會光顧的！

酒店設施很齊全，最重要的是安全係數比較高，這應該是大家最關心的點了吧，服務人員態度一般，有100按金，弄臟會床單浴巾會扣錢，總體一般😁

房間設施還行，但是有異味，位置挺方便門口就是創業街，全天都能辦理入住，老闆人不錯，大廳環境不錯，聯繫注意一下房間味道

體驗感特別差，尤其是前台大姐情商很低，非要和你吵兩句，搞得和在別人家寄宿的感覺，還得看她臉色。客觀來説，衞生條件也比較一般。
1.前一天電話溝通説可以兩點退房，如果18點退房可按鐘點房算。來了後前台大姐不認，説不行，1點就得退，要想再住可以開3小時鐘點房。然後又説一大堆什麼房租一年要好幾十萬，讓我不要計較這1小時2小時的，早給我辦理入住（早上9點左右）了都沒要錢呢。如果提前説好我可以認，但是説好了又不承認，旁邊其他酒店早上7點辦理入住2點退房（18點退房都是按照3小時終點算的）都沒説啥，她還以為我佔了多大便宜似的。
2.來之前3天攜程是140多，前1天價格變成120多了，所以我退了140多的，又訂了120多的。所以到了後前台大姐還質問我為啥要退了那個140多的，然後就一臉不高興的樣子（酒店可能是她家的）有便宜的我不定我還非得定貴的嗎？退不退是我的權利。
3.房間住進去後床單如圖，有個洞和印子，我下去和前台大姐説，她一副無所謂的樣子：就是一些油漬，沒事。可不是你住了，可不沒事。在我要求下才同意等阿姨上班了再換個床單。房間抽屜裏也有很臟的抹布。衞生間地上沾水很多頭髮就冒出來了。
不過説實話，本來100多的酒店咱也不能要求太高，但是前台大姐的態度和那種明顯讓人不適的小家子氣，會讓你不會再想來住。我覺得主要原因就是因為我退了140的房，訂了120的房，她少賺了20多讓她不開心了，就導致後面一系列的行為了。
