房間空間大，意外帶私人陽台，酒店位置優越，附近有大型超市，徒步到必打卡點ROZAFA城堡山頂也不到半小時想，房間配阿爾巴尼亞式早餐，十分滿意，衹是羊奶酪有點不太上頭

Hotel Arifi is located from the city centre with just a few minutes walk, right next to it you can find a supermarket which is very handy. Double room was big enough, also good value for the money. But definitely he strongest point are the people who are running this hotel. It is a family business and you can feel it there. Hospitality on the highest level. Friendly people willing to help offered us warm meal after on the house our trip and it was home made decilious tarditional Albanian dinner. Also, you can every evening buy an ''open buffet'' which is 6 euros per person and enjoy traditional Albanian cuisine of soups, salads, grilled vegeables, meats and desserts. When we asked to change the room since I made a mistake with booking one bed instead of two, it was no rpoblem at all and we got bigger room the next day. Before we travelled back, they gave us ice coffee for free which I really needed at that moment. I have been in many hotels, but this place and this family will leave me with very good memories and experiences about Alanian people. Highly recommended! Joanna & Misia

As a family, given rooms on different floors. Dirty bathroom. TV not working. Lightning poor.- can’t see mirror or to read in bed. Heating/air-conditioning not working. In the morning no hot water and later no water at all to wash hands after going to the toilet. Reception girl nice and helpful. Food freezing cold. No labels to say what was vegetarian, vegan or had allergens in it. Charged extra for a drink despite challenging the staff member on this. Hotel is split between two separate buildings, one with an elevator and one where you had to ask for help with luggage upstairs. Breakfast food freezing and nothing for vegans including no fruit or plant milk

Déjà l'hôtel est en deux immeubles, un où il y a le restaurant et l'autre où il faut se déplacer pour se restaurer ,ce qui n'est pas super quand il pleut et qu'il fait froid. Notre chambre: 34. Rien de fantastique , vue sur un immeuble et sur une immense avenue très fréquenté et donc bruyante. Déco vieillotte, la télé ne fonctionnait pas, le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas( enfin si, se déclenche vers 6h du mat). La literie n'est pas trop mauvaise mais d'autres coussins aurait été les bienvenue. La salle de bain avec bidet, est au départ assez bien mais lors de l'utilisation..... L'abattant des toilettes n'est pas fixé, si vous avez l'idée de vous douchez en même temps que les autres convives....pas de pression ou plus que faible. Pas de tapis de bain. Et la porte de la chambre impossible à fermer à clé, obliger de mettre une chaise pour la bloquer. Le repas ...pas grand chose et le petit déj...pas grand chose. Quant aux hommes qui sont au restaurant...pas à leur places. Le positif : le wifi marche bien et les réceptionnistes que ce soit celle du soir ou celle du matin sont très souriantes et serviables. C'est la seule raison pour laquelle j'ai noté "médiocre" au lieu d'"horrible"
