"The hotel was good. The size of the room is smaller thats something which was not clear enough at the time of booking. I upgraded to access to swimming pool in novotel and free dinner at around 1500 which was a delight for me."

"The food is good for a 3 star hotel but it is not at all at the level of a 5 star hotel.
The staff was excellent - especially Sneha M. who helps guests at the lobby and offers quick and effective solutions and also another Sneha who works at the restaurant.
The music 🎶 in the restaurant is the worst I heard in any hotel in India.
It is two types of music (classical Indian and also western) which are played at the same time!
It is ridiculous and annoying and it is also too loud which is why some of the staff look miserable.
The chef was walking around the dining room exchanging pleasantries with guests but he should be on the kitchen controlling what goes on there.
The ”chai masala” had no taste of ginger and the milk was so burned that it kept steaming for a whole hour (it was undrinkable so I returned it).

The rooms are what you expect to find in a hotel that was considered luxurious in the 1990's.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning system is still the original one and it can no longer be set (it can only be switched on or off)."

"We stayed here for 2Nights and 3Days. The Ambience was very pleasant to stay . As we expected it was very clean and then the service were very good , The food they provided was very Tasty and good . Here nylon dress is mandatory for swimming, so we coludn't experience that. vessels are avaliable for cooking , if we take grocery items we can cook and eat. Swiggy & zomato orders also allowed. Overall we loved this Hotel."

"I had a comfortable stay here in terms of service and hospitality. The staff were courteous. As far as the facility is concerned the room walls looked old and missing the appeal to qualify it as a 5 star hotel. I could clearly smell wood whenever I walk in the room and the bath area is quite small and not tidy. The food tasted decent but the options in the buffet are quite limited compared to other 5 star hotels. I would not recommend picking this hotel if you are truly looking for the comforts of a 5 star"

"The booking was done for Kings Bed and Breakfast for two. I was given a Queens Bed room and denied breakfast until I showed the booking confirmation from Trip. The room was an interconnected one that there was no study table and even a whisper could be heard. Someone was snoring away to glory on 17th night that we couldnt sleep properly, which prompted me for a change of room. They gave me 314 room no. which again was a queens bed. upon enquiry the hotel staff Benison told me that all their rooms are only Queens bed. I feel that Trip.com cheated me with false information. I plan to file a complaint with the consumer court seeking remedy. This is not done."
