The stay was nice rooms were clean and tidy, the atmosphere and environment was awesome, staff were very friendly. Only thing which caused little inconvenience was the restaurant service, service was very very slow, looks like when i visited they had only one guy servicing all the tables, and alcohol and non alcohol service was on the same place.

Room is old but neat. Average stay. The food wasn't great, not many options were there. Buffet breakfast had very minimal options. Also the food court area wasnt neat enough. Its an old property, could have maintained better.

Location itself is a plus point. Check in was smooth and staff behaviour is appreciative. The rooms are good and have a river view. The restaurant was good and the food offered was tasty and hygienic. Chef basavaraj deserves appreciation. The rooms are clean and tidy. Bedsheets were old but clean

Nice serene riverview environment. Hotel bedsheets not changed. Hotel staff good. Food was unhygienic and not tasty. Restaurant staff untrained. Coracle ride was enjoyable

This was a horrible experience with the room. Booked deluxe ac room - d117 at 6200 per night, which is very high as compared to the comfort and value for money. Couldn’t sleep for full night.

It's a beautiful location by the river spacious rooms however the room maintenance is very poor plumbing is very poor. Staff a very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful.
