家裡親戚來，在這裏住，説住的很舒服，服務態度也好，看到老年家主動指引上電梯，幫忙送行李，到大堂有熱熱的茶水，這點還是很好，衞生乾淨，智能的房間，一喊就可以，早餐以前在一樓，現在二樓，環境確實很好，乾淨優雅。品種也多，在雙峯酒店來很好了。小孩子10歲生日也是這裏辦的，菜品可以也很實惠。下次需要還會來，也推薦親戚來

工作人員服務熱情周到，從辦理入住到退房，每一個環節都能感受到他們的專業與用心，有求必應，服務也熱情，坐在沙發等人，馬上就有熱茶，這個挺好，衣服放房間服務員會給我洗好，送到房間，簡直昌懶人福音[呲牙]

酒店位於城中心，門口停車方便，前台服務很好，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，床上用品很乾凈。晚上到的比較晚，打電話到酒店餐廳，服務員送餐到客房，飯菜好吃。早餐自助餐也豐盛可口。

湘軍大酒店雙峯的老品牌，服務也好他們的早餐也豐富，是自助餐。以前在1樓，現在在2樓裝修風格也挺好的。裝修之後確實可以下次再來。

不愧是曾經輝煌的老牌酒店，大堂、電梯間、走廊、房間，依稀可見昔日的繁華，佈局合理，空間寬闊，有點點歷史感。設備升級，有機器人服務，暖氣温濕度合適。很讓人驚喜的是自助早餐，比肩星級酒店的自助早餐吧，完全不因為房價平而降低品質，很贊。稍遲點退房也很好商量，服務一流。
