金輝賓館整體中規中矩，房間不算大但佈局合理，衞生打掃得比較乾淨。熱水充足，空調效果也不錯。位置靠近主幹道，出行方便。這個價位來説，算是比較划算的選擇。

房間乾淨整潔，就是床窄了一些。衞生間較擁擠，地理位置還好，樓下飯店就餐方便，離火車站客運站也很近很好。

房間面積挺大，性價比湊合。設施較新，衞生間和浴室很大，浪費空間。前台服務很一般，待搭不理的。收100元按金，都不查房就退了，我不知道你按金收的意義是什麼？除了浪費時間！

設施老舊，睡到半夜熱水器竟然漏水了，找了吧枱又聯繫房嫂弄了半天把水關了，電拔了總算不再漏水了，然後就有一幫住宿的，吵鬧喊叫一個多小時，房間太不隔音了。
衞生太差了，馬桶蓋裏面有頭髮，有尿漬，馬桶墊上面有黑渣子，就好像用拖布擦的一樣，洗手枱上面全是灰，牆上全是黑道子。洗手間一股尿騷味，開窗户打排風都不管用。
以前住過他家還是比較乾淨的，不知道為什麼現在變成這樣了，太差勁了
