整體環境非常好，服務人員也熱情周到 ，房間內的細節做的也很到位，特別床墊睡着非常舒服，隔音也不錯，不愧是品牌連鎖酒店👍

環境位置方方面面都很好，住了5天，第4天晚上回到酒店準備睡覺發現遙控器找不到，然後我自己在酒店房間翻來覆去找了一個多小時，當天晚上行李箱都翻了好幾遍，第二天的飛機要從舒蘭到長春龍嘉機場，本來要早點睡的 但是因為一個遙控器沒能睡好，因為電視一直都是開着的（按鈕關不了電視，衹能遙控器） 本想聯繫前台來協調解決 但考慮到前台也很辛苦，不想麻煩別人，就把房卡拔了睡得，由於要趕去機場，起的也比較早，又在房間找了很久的遙控器，還是沒找到，退房後一小時左右 酒店前台就打了好幾個電話，我真是千不該萬不該怕影響別人休息而沒有去和前台説，前一天你家客房服務員打掃完房間遙控器不見了這件事，直到我第二天都飛到濟南了，前台還打電話要求我賠償遙控器？！我都沒要求你賠償耽誤我休息，結果還態度很不好的説要我賠償，真是666，這是第二次住在舒蘭這家維也納了，這服務態度真是逆天，嗷對了，酒店的衞生間感應燈也是逆天，大晚上當長明燈

酒店的服務特別的好，在入住期間有任何問題，能夠及時的進行溝通以及解決，真的是非常滿意的一次選擇，如果下次有機會來舒蘭的話，也還是會選擇這家酒店的特別貼心的服務。

十一出遊，第一站先去舒蘭紅葉谷看紅葉，後來到舒蘭市住宿，這次出行選擇了舒蘭市的維也納國際酒店，酒店設施非常新，床品也很舒適，房間裏有智能助手，呼喚小維，提供調節燈光等服務，前台的服務很好，有一位叫小迪的小美女也是非常不錯的，整體來説舒適感和體驗感都很好。以後再來舒蘭會再選擇這裏！

衞生就不説了 一天打掃那麼多房間 做不到每一間都特別乾淨 這理解 衞生間牆壁不知道什麼東西挺臟的
最重要的一點就是不隔音 超級不隔音 旁邊的旁邊的旁邊房間開水龍頭 説話都聽的一清二楚
打電話叫前台幫我調房間 就説沒有房間 沒辦法就衹有這一家選擇 隔音太差 要麼就是人的素質太差

特別好，環境很乾凈，裝修也比較明亮，很舒服。同時預訂了金州和維也納，據説是當地最好的兩個酒店，維也納完勝，有烘乾機 熨燙機，還有機器人負責送外賣之類，感覺很方便，解決了想要東西又不好意思總麻煩前台小姐姐的心理。
特別表揚一下前台的小也，很熱情，也很耐心，nice，大晚上幫我打印文件，謝謝。

去舒蘭看紅葉，回來入住的，房間有乾淨温馨，服務也特別好，因為電梯不在正面，工作人員特別做了引導，大廳也很大氣敞亮，退房也很人性化，沒有查房等待。愛了，
