房間明亮寬敞舒適，位置優越緊挨應縣木塔和雲岡石窟，停車方便，早餐豐富，家人很喜歡以後還會再來，大美朔州，熱情似火。

真的要相信評分低的酒店確實不行，看了一圈朔州的酒店最後選擇這裏，本想都不怎麼樣那就選個星級高點的吧，完全出乎我的意料，沒想到一個標5星的能差到這種程度，整個酒店包括房間都是一股羊羶味，屋內温度17度，浴袍的兜里居然揣着一盒火柴，淋雨噴頭是壞的，浴缸不能排水，前台問什麼都要先去諮詢諮詢才能給你回覆，早餐的服務人員都跟看賊一樣，給每人發一個盤子，衹有這麼一個盤子，你的熱菜，涼菜，小蛋糕，水果統統都要放在這一個盤子裏，真的是驚到我了，還以為KSS到點吃飯了。

差評給前台，入住前再三確認早餐幾點開始，我第二天趕路要早起，前台告知七點開始，結果七點早餐廳沒開門。又去問了同一個前台説可能7：30吧，從辦理入住開始就沒有問好，遇到這個早餐事就不説話了，也沒有任何歉意，大過年一早我去哪裡找吃的？服務得加強

設施老舊，多少年了都不更新！還收按金。送的蒸桑拿，女的那邊衹能洗個澡，其他都是壞的！缸裏的水不是流動的，如果換水還收費，真是離譜！

晚上10點多到的酒店，一進門就有一股臭味，打電話給前台，前台讓保潔阿姨來聞了一下，確認是有味兒，才給換了房間。離譜的是，居然給我降房型了，房間變小了，浴缸也不帶了。大晚上的換房間，也沒有句道歉。
另外，感謝下保潔阿姨，主動幫我到樓下換了紙質早餐券，這本不是她的工作範圍。
