"Room type selection: (There is a giant pit here, it is recommended to avoid the pit) We booked a ”sea breeze room” and told us that we had upgraded our room type when we checked in. We waited for us to check in and found that we had transferred to the ”pool room” The difference between the two is that the sea breeze room is located in the second row of the hotel's seaside, you can have your own terrace but not against the sea, you can feel the sea breeze The pool room is actually a jungle room with a pool, and you can't feel the sea breeze at all. After coordination, we finally gave us the sea breeze we wanted. It turned out that the ”sea breeze room” was oversold that day, and it was upgraded to the ”seaside room” for free. But it's really noisy! It's noisy to sleep at all Because it is made of tent materials, the sea breeze is blowing at night, and it is not soundproof at all, and the sound of the waves beating the reef is no longer the level of white noise. It is the kind that requires earplugs to sleep. Don't listen to the free upgrade of the hotel. ”Sea Wind Room” is the only recommended choice. Mosquitoes: It's the kind of thing that you can get bitten on your legs as soon as you go out. "A nice hotel with a good breakfast. Parking is limited, but there's a clean beach in front. A restaurant next door offers drinks on the beach. The rooms are very clean, and the prices are reasonable."

"Beautiful hotel!! Spent an amazing week in a villa with my husband and we will never forget it. Our room was leaking a bit with the rain. Overall a wonderful experience. The museum was beautiful and the other location was well worth the drive to visit if you have a car."

"It is right next to tulum ruins (10 min walk). This is within the national parc region and very calm. If you are looking for a party place, It is not the best location. But, Peace seekers and travellers who just want to enjoy beautiful tulum beach; This is PERFECT. The staff and hospitality is amazing."

"We had an overall wonderful experience for our 7 days spent at Hotelito Azul! We went with another couple and each stayed in the Oceanfront Suites (we were above them, they were ground level). The rooms were clean and spacious. Somewhat limited storage for clothes but we made the best of the shelving/hanging unit provided. The shower is a dream. The maid service cleaned our room daily and did a wonderful job! We loved the treats left on our pillows each day. AC was yours to control. One challenge we faced that would have a simple fix was the lack of rugs in the room. You’re walking through sand to get to your room and yes, there’s a bucket of water to rinse before entering however we were desperate for a small outdoor rug or just something at either the sides or foot of the bed to brush off sand before getting in bed. Interestingly, our friends downstairs had an awesome runner at the foot of their bed so maybe just consistency with that would make a huge difference! You wake to a cute basket with coffee each morning and they will refill your drinking water as much as you need it in the room. We can’t say enough good things about the staff. You communicate to them through What’sApp which offered quick responses to any questions or concerns or when ordering food/drink. Larissa, the concierge was WONDERFUL. She welcomed us every day and made us feel right at home and taken care of during our stay. She helped fill out trip with wonderful experiences whether it be tours, great local spots for food/drink or logistics. We rented scooters from the hotel the majority of our vacation days and it was well worth it. We did find the prices just across the street were cheaper however we liked the convenience of renting through the hotel. The food and drink at the hotel is all delicious, although we quickly learned that eating and drinking on the beach does get expensive, so we chose wisely when/how much we ate at the hotel. This just comes with the location. The physical location of the hotel is ideal because it isn’t too far down into the beach strip, which traffic became pretty bad the further you drove in. The aesthetic and details of the hotel are perfect for making you feel like you’re living in a whimsical jungle. FYI to all looking to stay on the beach in Tulum, during April-November or so, Tulum gets a massive amount of seaweed that makes it nearly impossible to swim in the ocean. The hotels, including Hotelito Azul, do their best to remove as much seaweed from the beach as possible, but man, is it an uphill battle. This limited our ability to sit out on the beach unfortunately, because the only relief from the heat was the outdoor shower. Which, again, is lovely, but not the ocean. Luckily, Tulum has so many other wonderful things to do that we did not feel this impacted our trip in any significant way. Those that travel during the better months have a lovely beachfront area to look forward to at Hotelito Azul. All in all, we loved our stay at this hotel and look forward to returning in the future! "When i made reservations trip.com charged while reservation. When i checked in they asked for credit card deposit and they blocked approximately 600 usd .After hours again they charged full payment which i was paid to Trip.com already .when i called them they told me they did the recieved payment from trip.com. So after some hour they called said sorry we did wrong while you check out we will return money. It is about 1 week i am still waiting money to be returned to my credit card which was charged without my permission.By the way they wasn’t blocked anount they just charged 3700$ .About the rooms i never suggested bungoliw tents.insects everywhere …."

"已經離開Tulum將近一週了，在一週繁忙的工作中還能讓我時常回憶起來在Tulum Casa Malca酒店的點點滴滴。這是一次説走就走的旅行，沒有太多時間攻略酒店訊息。開始查了一些最貴的酒店、服務最全的酒店、評價最高的酒店等等，但是沒有任何一個酒店讓我很有感覺。突然在小紅書上看到Casa Malca酒店很少的帖子，看到Casa Malca的環境照片非常有博物館的感覺，而且海邊的佈置風格很有氣質，不是奢華且大眾的風格，而是小眾有調性，有一種逃離的感覺。直覺告訴我，就是這家了，我就非常快的定了Casa Malca三個晚上。 從繁忙的工作的城市飛到坎昆後，自己開車兩個小時到達Casa Malca的時候，有些精疲力盡了。能感覺自己還沒有從現實中逃脱出來的感覺，可能還是帶着serious face進入的酒店。當慢慢往酒店lobby進入的一路，很有神祕的感覺。當走到前台迎接我的是一張非常温暖和charming的笑容的前台小哥哥Yair（也非常帥氣），讓我頓時感覺到了温暖。 因為是特意過去給自己過生日，酒店還特意安排了升級房間和佈置了房間，這些都沒有預估到的驚喜，讓我一下子穿越到了幸福和快樂。 住在酒店的三天，我吃到了比全球各種酒店早餐都好吃的Egg White Omlette，非常乾淨健康和蔬菜種類極其豐富，還很美，到現在我很懷念。雖然我平時不吃pastry，但是餐廳的服務員給我送過來，我嚐了最愛的carrot cake，也非常好吃。泳池也非常有設計感。 這裏應該非常適合辦婚禮和party，有種完全屬於自己的感覺。 我必須要非常感謝非常細心服務和charming笑容的Yair，可以讓我的孤獨的生日trip如此温暖和快樂。這裏的工作人員讓我能感覺到是發自內心真正的笑容，而不是為了工作而工作的笑容，這兩者是完全不同的。在裝修設計都層出不窮的時代下，非常真誠非常有心的服務和笑容，會給整體的感受加上隱藏但非常重要的分數。"
