定的高級大床房，描述裏寫的28-36平，實際安排的房間只有20平，問前台，前台説高級大床房本來就有大有小，大的沒了…
衞生很差，這酒店説是2022年開業，感覺像是12年開業的。花灑都是水垢，鉻色的都變成白色的了，而且淋浴間超小，洗澡時候轉身必撞玻璃。馬桶上還有尿垢。實在受不了，本來定了兩晚，住了一晚提前走了，要不是第一晚洗完澡太晚了，一晚都不住。
服務也很差，帶了一次性的旅行套裝（床套、枕套這些）這些，我對象自己住，我就是上去幫她安頓好就走了。結果退房之後，下午打電話説發現他們床單上被煙頭燙出來一個洞……超級不爽，首先我不抽煙，我對象更不會，還是把自己的一次性床單鋪上睡的，他家保潔就沒發現房間裏一個煙頭都沒有？而且，這個電話説明，他家之前在床上鋪的是被煙頭燙出洞的床單……
對了，這家説有機器人來着，壓根沒看見，還説之前有，現在撤了……
第一次住你好，也是最後一次了，不敢住了，拜拜

前台服務熱情周到，客房衞生打掃的很乾凈，店長的微笑服務真的特別棒，入住中間我自己出了點小狀況，她都耐心的幫我解決了，讓我有種賓至如歸的感覺！感謝感謝……
早餐品種挺多的，味道很符合我的口味，機器人送物特別方便，停車也很方便，地下停車位置很多，不怕沒地方停車，真是住過最舒心的一次酒店，值得推薦入住！
