Personal overall feeling star rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫 💰 cost-effective. (Under the same conditions in this city) 🏠 The hotel is strategically located. Downstairs is the bus stop. Walk to Central Park. 🧑🤝🧑 The reception staff is professional and rigorous. English communication is basically smooth. The reception staff is warm and friendly. Check in quickly only if you need to show your passport. (The train from Almaty arrived at the train station at five o'clock in the morning. It was very early to check in the hotel. I had to charge a half-day room rate, but the last New Year's Day, the front desk lady said ”happy ny”. Our company invites you to stay for free 👍🏿😄) 🚽 The room is spacious and bright, the space is very large, clean and tidy, the interior and exterior are modern and exquisite, and the wet and dry separation is separated. Complete infrastructure: elevator, TV, air conditioning, shower, hairdryer, body soap, shampoo, disposable slippers, bathrobes, water heaters, tables and chairs, lounge chairs, and free instant tea, bottle of mineral water. 🍚 The cheapest room types also have free breakfast 👍🏿 rich (vegetables, meat, desserts, fruits, porridge, etc.) 🍴 The restaurant on the first floor is open until 3 am. Very convenient to eat. The taste is not bad. Although the handsome waiter has limited English communication, it is no problem to pass translation software. The recommended local pizza in Kazakhstan tastes very good. 💕 Other things that may need to be noted or improved: 🧖 Sauna is closed. 🏋️ The gym is a bit small and has fewer equipment. But free mineral water is provided. All in all, Very recommended collection! 👍🏿🤠

This is the evaluation of the second day, the evaluation of the check-in. I changed to a room on the 5th floor, which has a larger space. I couldn't sleep on a soft bed, so I slept on the floor. It was just as comfortable and comfortable.

The decoration style of the hotel is very good, and the care is shown everywhere. A hotel that looks small on the outside, in fact, it has very complete facilities. There is a restaurant on the first floor, and the front desk and guest rooms on the second floor. The restaurant on the first floor offers delicious meals and local beer🍺. The breakfast has rice, kimchi, omelette, yogurt, etc. It is very hearty. The decoration of the room is also very warm, the bed is comfortable to sleep. TV, air conditioning, and kettle are all available. For dinner, there are buns, Russian red soup, etc., which are more suitable for Chinese tastes. During the few days of staying, you basically enjoy one-to-one service, and the time set for breakfast and dinner will not delay your meal. The owner is Korean and very nice. Nikita, Camila, Merey, Allessya at the front desk are all good. Help call a car, help check information on the computer. There are relatively few Chinese in Shymkent, and the locals are mostly Russian or Kazakh.

It is possible to rent all towels, shower caps, bathrobes and sandals (in lockers) for the pool, spa, Turkish bath and sauna in the basement. Floor heating is provided in autumn and winter. Since almost only men are in the mixed bath (it is said that they also stop by membership), it is recommended that women jump in at 8 o'clock in the morning. If you apply cream on your face and hair, cover your entire body with a towel, and then lie down in the Turkish bath, it will take about 3 hours and only a few seconds to get a moist shine.
