Kai Yuan grand hotel, Sixian

First of all, the service must be rated over 5 points. We were passing through Si County, and the accommodation in Xuzhou was poor and expensive. We decided to travel more than 100 kilometers at night to Kaiyuan, Si County. It was great. The bed was big, the area was large, and the dry and wet areas were separated. From the moment we checked in The service attitude of every hotel staff I encountered was very good, from the front desk at breakfast to the aunt who cleaned up, the boy, the chef, and the front desk at check-out. The breakfast was very rich. My daughter was too sleepy and didn't go to the restaurant. I packed a few buns. Unexpectedly, they were better than I thought. Later I asked around and said that the hotel's pastry chef made them himself. However, as a brand star hotel, the hygiene needs to be further improved. For example, there are water stains on the tea bar and small flying insects in the bathroom. I have made suggestions to the hotel and they have been accepted. If I have the chance to pass by Si County again, I will not hesitate to do so. I hesitated to choose this one.

Passing through Suzhou, I stayed one night in Si County and got an unexpected surprise. The hotel manager enthusiastically introduced the buffet and I was very satisfied with it. The hotel hardware is also very good. I didn’t have time to experience the software because the time was too short, but judging from the enthusiasm of the hotel manager, I definitely won’t. Poor, next time I pass through Suzhou, it will be my first choice. By the way, there is an outlet nearby that I haven’t checked out yet. All in all, it’s a satisfying stop on the journey.

利用三天假期，回來和朋友小聚一下，選擇了入住開元。酒店22年開業運營到現在已經住過好幾次了，也是縣城內酒店行業的第一招牌，從第一次剛開業不久入住時某些體驗感不佳，到現在能感受到各方面一點點在進步（前台工作人員的專業素養和客房樓層工作人員的友善以及二樓早餐工作人員接待時的主動問好與笑容）都留下了不錯的印象，要説唯一的小插曲，就是早餐時的食品供應補充沒跟上，10點早餐結束時間，但是8點多去的時候，不少食物都已經空了，也沒有太多的選擇，可能是假期入住率高人多造成，但還是希望酒店方能做好預判預案，總的來説還是不錯的。

酒店位置方便，周圍購物餐飲都有，對面就是中央公園，親子游推薦，酒店前台熱情周到，業務能力全面，非常不錯的一次入住

開元的設施是值得信賴的，風景秀麗，對面就是中央公園，旁邊是商業區，不論散步還是吃飯都很不錯👍！

房間裏乾淨整潔，湖景盡收眼底，早餐品種非常多，下次有機會來了泗縣還會選擇這裏的。
