The check-in process was smooth, the villa was well-maintained, and the private pool overlooking the sea created an unforgettable atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and the breakfast selection was excellent. "I love the large compound, suitable for family with children to run around. Thisle also provides many additional water activities that we can join. Overall, the hotel feels a little bit old, but everything is clean and functioning."

"The hotel is kinda old and has some cleanliness issue. We found toothpick & dead bugs on the floor, there are a lot of wasp at night that flew into the bathroom, you'd find many died on the floor in the morning. Breakfast is seriously a question, I paid double the price from what I would normally paid for a 2d1n and naturally expecting good breakfast selection but it was a disappointment, they repeated the same menu, limited choices w typical nasi lemak fried mihun sausages hash brown , 3 types of bread, egg section, porridge & fruits section, and a roti canai section. We came at the wrong time as some company team building is going on, its loud even if you requested for a quiet room, you'd hear children playing from the pool, too many people and the room is not sound proofed, you'd hear ppl talking and dry blowing sounds from another room. Beach is not clean as they claimed. Overall not worth for the price I paid."

The highlight was definitely the splash park – our little ones had a blast there every day, and it was the perfect spot to keep them entertained for hours. The staff were also outstanding—very attentive, friendly, and accommodating. They made sure all our needs were met and were quick to respond to any requests. It really felt like they cared about making our stay as enjoyable as possible. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities catered well to families. However, we did encounter some issues with cleanliness. When we checked in, the toilet hadn’t been properly cleaned, and there was some leftover rubbish in the room from previous guests. It was a bit disappointing, but the staff were quick to resolve the issue once we mentioned it. Despite that, we had a great time, and I would recommend this hotel to other families. The splash park alone is enough to make it worth the stay, and the friendly staff really made a difference in our overall experience!"

"Beachfront hotel with direct access and a fantastic beach-facing balcony. Exceptionally clean with outstanding staff, Louis, who was incredibly attentive and thoughtful - he even cheered up my son by offering him a toy when he lost his Lego piece. A truly wonderful stay before my return flight!"

"Location of this hotel quite great because near to the beachand the have a great view of the sea. Although the room a bit old and dirty especially in the toilet. Got problem with tv sometimes no connection. Need to walk 1km away to go convenient shop and restaurant to eat because the restaurant inside this hotel are not open yet."
