What a fantastic little hideaway, very modern yet charming and within walking distance of the old city. Fantastic hosts and plenty of off street parking. The owners have put a lot into this place and it shows through everything from the keyless access to the well laid out rooms and ensuites. Definitely on the list for next time I visit the area.

A lovely hotel with convenient self check-in. The room was clean, modern and fresh. Walking distance from the charming centre of Sibiu and free roadside parking very close to the hotel. Friendly staff and good breakfast. We were very happy with our stay in Craft Inn!

Our choice fell on this place, due to its proximity to the city center. And that was not a mistake. We had the old city center a mere 5-minute walk away from the hotel. And since we were a little bit away from the center, parking was available on the street just outside the hotel. Free. The room was new, modern and spotlessly clean. For instance, access to the hotel as well as the rooms are through codes, rather than keys (hence, no risk of losing keys). The breakfast buffet was plentiful and good. Everything we needed to start the day. The staff was super-friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place for a stay in Sibiu.

The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Walk in showers. Carpeted floors. Very nice,helpful and multilingual staff. Breakfast with homemade jams and fresh made. Coffee and tea available all day. Pet friendly. Walk in distance from the center. Parking available in the street in front.

The location is perfect, you can reach the center in a few minutes and there are many parking spaces right next to the inn, but what I appreciated the most is the quality of people - communicative, super kind, prompt and accurate, worm; this is one of the places where I enjoyed the most the staff. The room is nice, everything is modern and perfectly functional, total cleanliness, nothing damaged, large TV. Breakfast covers various eating styles. At Craft Inn I felt extremely well and I recommend it 100%.

A perfect location just 3min walk to heart of the city, cozy very friendly place, quiet zone. Simply best stay totally recommended for both business or leisure stay. Personnel ready to assist with anything needed, simply beautiful! Great breakfast!

Very nice location, with excelent breakfast and a lot of care and attention for customer needs. Very clean and very close to the city center. The staff is very profesional and friendly at the same time. Very good coffe at your discretion and the rooms and bathrooms are woderful.
