"The hotel is located very near and walkable to Sibu central market, eating places and banks. The staff is fast to respond on our concerns such as changing the bed sheet which found hairs, ants found in room, etc. They upgrade our twin room to triple room which is very spacious."

"During the renovation of the hotel, in order to maintain the image of the hotel and enhance the guest experience, it is suggested that clean towels be replaced in time for employees and guests to use. At present, some towels are attached with unknown substances, which may affect the hygiene standards and look and feel, which is not conducive to the overall image of the hotel. I hope to strengthen management and ensure that towels are clean, so as to show the professionalism and quality of the hotel."

We were asked to wait while check in, we stay and wait at the lobby for 1 hour but receptionist didn't inform us when the rooms were ready, until we asked again. Should 1st come 1st serve. Rooms were clean and hotel location good. Breakfast good with variety of food."

"We stay few times in this hotel, they have few types of rooms, recently I check in to Executive Room which is very nice. The bed side has a sliding door,a mini bar table, the sliding door gives u privacy for those sleeping n those watching TV, Iron board , mini fridge, electrici kettle, very clean room n comfoet bed. Good location surrounding by eating outlets"

Located slightly further away from city centre and therefore offers quiet surroundings for good rest. Room design is contemporary and I like it a lot. If hotel could provide covered car park, that will be great.

SShennThe food in the hotel's Chinese restaurant on the 1st floor was a bit salty. The hotel's breakfast not much variety. The room was quite big and the toilet lighting was a bit dark. 😎

TTlvwCompared with most hotels with only stairs, this hotel is equipped with elevators, which is very convenient for guests with more luggage. There is a supermarket near the hotel, which is convenient for shopping, but there are fewer preferential activities and parking spaces are relatively tight. However, the environment here is very quiet, especially suitable for relaxing, being able to sleep peacefully and wake up naturally, which is generally a comfortable stay experience.

JJim BuayGenerally hotel is ok, clean. Only problem is we are a family of 4 and there was only 2 sets of cups, 2 pairs of slippers. Even when we asked the cleaners for it, we were told all family units are given 2. Thankfully front desk was helpful and attended to our requests. Also the toilet choked throughout our stay and we had to call for help many times. With only 1 toilet, we had to use the toilets downstairs. Hope this can be improved. Otherwise, it’s good.

Location is next to the bus station and Central market where there are many restaurants and hawker food.
Poor : No lift, stairs are narrow. Big problem if our bags are big. No shampoo for hair and body. I have booked a room with window but was given a windowless room.
Aircon sounded like a lawn mower. And there is a pub nearby. Very noisy till 2 or 3 am.

Need a deposit rm 50 to enter the hotel when we book using this app (idk when we book it walk in). Overall ok, just too small for the toilet & bathroom. The room is ok not quite big also but okay. affordable price. (The pic I’ve got from google. It’s similar of the room that I book, but didn’t have the oyo pillow. Hhehe. Has table, tv. That’s all
