"Very clean, hygienic and comfortable. It is also very cheap. The location is very good. I recommend everyone to come to this hotel when traveling to Sibu. There is a bus terminal, gym room, food court, supermarket nearby. It is very worthwhile"

"Excellent room set up and comfort. Especially one of the importances — shower is strong and bed is excellent quality. Cleanings of room surely have beaten many other local hotels. Yours was our second stay, and definitely better and we will consider top priority whenever we return here."

"for me the place are so so crowded, there no comfirm parking for u , u late then no parking lah cause the hotel got restaurant and always fullhouse so the parking lot there are not for only guest hotel . the daily cleaning are suck, we havent get our towel change every day but use the same towel till we check out, so far not bad give it 6/10"

"Clean room, a lot of shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance but very scary to go out at night because of dogs and scary people and the place is a little bit old too with my room's bathroom not having enough water pressure and flashing lights. But overall a good experience since it's amenities are mostly working and the bed is very comfortable to sleep in"

SshenglinI booked this hotel at the last minute. Upon arrival at the lobby, I discovered that presenting the 'Kenyalang Card' (a welfare card exclusively for Sarawak citizens aged 60 and above) would entitle me to a discount. However, this offer is only valid for direct bookings made at the front desk and does not apply to online reservations. My primary reason for choosing this hotel was the free parking. Furthermore, the hotel's location is excellent, with numerous restaurants and bakeries nearby, making it incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. The front desk staff were very polite.

Located slightly further away from city centre and therefore offers quiet surroundings for good rest. Room design is contemporary and I like it a lot. If hotel could provide covered car park, that will be great.

TTlvwCompared with most hotels with only stairs, this hotel is equipped with elevators, which is very convenient for guests with more luggage. There is a supermarket near the hotel, which is convenient for shopping, but there are fewer preferential activities and parking spaces are relatively tight. However, the environment here is very quiet, especially suitable for relaxing, being able to sleep peacefully and wake up naturally, which is generally a comfortable stay experience.

BBani Garcia AlleyI didn’t have high expectations at first, but I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with my stay. The hotel looks new, is clean, and not too crowded. Although the room is small, it’s not too compact and definitely worth the price paid. The amenities provided were sufficient—even a safe box was included. Housekeeping did a great job too.
What I really appreciated was that they allowed me to check out an hour late at no extra charge—very considerate and thoughtful. Overall, it was a very good stay. Kudos to the team!

GGuest UserReceptionist service need to be improve. We were asked to wait while check in, we stay and wait at the lobby for 1 hour but receptionist didn't inform us when the rooms were ready, until we asked again. Should 1st come 1st serve. Rooms were clean and hotel location good. Breakfast good with variety of food.

AAnonymous UserActually I wanna find a hotel that is very near to the hospital. And yes I found this hotel. The receptionist is so friendly and talk nicely to me. Need a deposit rm 50 to enter the hotel when we book using this app (idk when we book it walk in). Overall ok, just too small for the toilet & bathroom. The room is ok not quite big also but okay. affordable price. (The pic I’ve got from google. It’s similar of the room that I book, but didn’t have the oyo pillow. Hhehe. Has table, tv. That’s all
