After delays out and at Corfu airport we arrived just after midnight, we were greeted by Yannis and Gabriella and given a drink. Yannis showed us to our ground floor room and explained the breakfast arrangements. Our 2 week holiday was really good. Yannis and his staff, in particular Bernadette, made us feel at home. The room was as expected in a Greek B&B, not to big but plenty of room to move around. Nice balcony looking out to the pool, which was a great pool. One negative of the room was not much wardrobe space, my wife lived out of her suitcase while I had the only wardrobe (her choice, not mine). Bar snacks were varied and very tasty. Breakfast was a buffet that provided hot English breakfast or a continental style for those that preferred it. Overall great place to stay, very close to a small but lovely beach, closer still to restaurants and drinking places. Thank you Yannis and co for a very enjoyable holiday.

Yannis very abrupt / rude nit picking all the time the other lady is very abrupt uncomfortable lacking customer service skills vaping in the food area hovering over me all the time when i was dishing my food up, strict pool time closing 6.50 instead of 7pm then opening up at 9 am Went to local town not even a single mosquito bite but soon as im in the hotel im eaten alive by them to the point im covered in sores no repellent helps. Charges for aircon per day, Lovely location nect to the beach thankfully restaurants close by aa he shuts 7pm most evenings even though it states evening entertainment but its only 3 times a week so bored the rest of the week unless i leave the complex.

clean tidy apartment but lacked basic equipment, 5 of us stayed and only 3 spoons 4 forks , 4 knives , 3 bowls, 4 small tea cup plates and 2 normal plates and lastly 1 pan so meal cooking was a struggle. first few nights were relaxing we spent alot of time out of the hotel exploring and thats when the owner yannis starting getting frosty with us, i believe its because we didnt spend all day/ evening at the bar or disco spending money, most guest that did this were welcomed and owner was very friendly with them but i came to corfu to explor all day with the children and family time early relaxing as the heat wipes you. 3 nights that had entertainment the music was on until 5 am and raves in the abandoned building next door. pool area clean and tidy but then after a few days doing our family holiday yannis started gunning for us, first trying to get money from dirty towels , these towels were only used after the shower and im posting pics, he told me he will charge me for towels to be replaced as heavily stained and 100% they were washable it was normal body dead skin etc , once challenged about not wanting to pay foe something thats not true he started gunning for me, yannis is vwry charming to start with but quickly turns and wont listen to concerns, i expressed my concerns over 3 dead baby birds that fell from the nest on the balcony and he said he would send housekeeping but then the towel issue was raised and he didn’t get housekeeping. i ended up reaching out to tui as he wasnt listening to my concerns and the birds were rotting in the heat. tui arrived to help find a solution and listen to both sides but it ended heated argument, point blank lying telling me he didnt say he would send house keeping. fast forward then he pulled us up after our beach strolls ordering us to wash our feet in the fountain water which was stale and telling us it’s our fault for showering getting sand down the bathtub after our showers that led to lack of hotwater downstairs. the last half of rhe holiday was incredibly uncomfortable and unpleasant due to yannis poor people skills and deciding he doesnt like us. our children are respectful and considerate and we kept the place immaculate throughout our stay this was by far the worsr holiday we have experienced due to yannis which is a shamw as its a lovely area close to all amenities

the charge room tax was £82 for 2 rooms disgusting he wants 7 euro day for aircon30 euro to keep u room 3 hours for flights he a com man when u shower water all over floor u have clean towels every 3 or 4 days no where in room to put u clothes1 small wardrobe never unpacked tui should look at this place usualy got nice places not this 1 bar was never open at night he closed about 7 ,30 restaurant / bars near by thank god never return

This hotel is in a fantastic position, close to a beautiful beach and really good restaurants. Everything is clean and nothing is too much trouble for Yannis. We enjoyed it that much we have booked again for July. See you soon Mark and Darren.

We had a fab stay at the Olive Grove! The owner held our rooms for us even though we had not even paid yet! The staff were friendly and nothing was a bother for them. The location was great- not too close to the Main Street but easy enough to walk to. The rooms and facilities were all clean. I can easily recommend this hotel to anyone! We will go back!
