Staff at hotel are absolutely fabulous couldn't do enough and so friendly. Food was great hotel spotless. Entertainment needs looked at as there wasn't really any but otherwise super holiday .will be back

Excellent staff Excellent customer service and rooms all well maintained and comfortable all to a very high standard pool lifeguard Excellent keeping a close eyes on all. Cleaning staff are very hard working all restrant staff are friendly and helpful bar staff friendly and well trained the hotel works so well the manager will be happy to help in anyway he can he very knowledgeable

Before I get to the issues I have to say that the Bar staff, the wonderful restaurant manager/staff and the housemaids were so brilliant and friendly it was a shame that the Hotel "So called" Senior Management couldn't organise the proverbial ".......in a brewery" I won't give room numbers but let's just say it's been mentioned on here through MANY other posts that a certain room that we were given on our arrival had many issues PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL that meant we couldn't and didn't want to stay in there because of these things. BUT THE YOUNG GIRLS ON RECEPTION AT 1.30 AM TOLD US WE HAD NO CHOICE AND THE MANAGER WAS ASLEEP and they were fully booked, although I found 5 rooms within 40ft that were empty, but the hotel "system" did not allow us to move to them. Eventually we were given a "replacement "room at 2am and promised that the issues would be fixed during the day.. Yes late Tuesday afternoon they fixed the door to the room that wouldn't lock or locked us in or out of the room and also the bathroom window that also wouldn't lock and would swing open and anyone could get in and out....But they could just use the door!!! So we thought ok that's it now....oh no how wrong I was.... Having not showered I decided to have a shower and got in to the bathroom only to find that the shower jetted water over the glass shower into the living room and only if you tilted it in the corner and crouched down it would not flood everywhere... They fixed it on Wednesday.. ....On holiday I'm not a TV watcher but always enjoy looking at what stuff local is on.... Imagine my surprise when the TV blew up and our neighbours heard the bang as well..... We eventually got a new room 3 days later and it was one of the rooms that were always available. . Food was very samey but I do believe that wasn't the kitchens fault no entertainment either but overall the senior management were so poor they really were unprofessional. Would not return or recommend apart from the great Bar staff, Brilliant and friendly restaurant manager and wonderful housemaids...

Very clean. All the staff was friendly and very helpful. Lovely hotel overall. Amazing views. Amazing beach next to it. Will definitely come back. There is a cave at the beach that you can swim to, a definitely a must do. Hotel is close to everything you need. Many restaurants and shops.

We was treated so nice from getting out the taxi to getting back in. All staff super friendly and can’t do enough for you. The food is excellent and my son who has been coming 25years said one meal was the best he had in sidari. I always said I wouldn’t come all inclusive but it has been great even re booked for next year
