I am deeply disappointed to share an alarming experience during my wife’s stay at this hotel in October. She was traveling with our 4-year-old child and encountered behavior from one of the reception staff that was completely inappropriate and unacceptable. This staff member made unsolicited sexual comments and advances toward my wife during her stay, leaving her feeling unsafe and distressed. As a mother traveling alone with a young child, this was especially traumatic for her. Such behavior is a gross violation of professionalism and basic respect that every guest deserves. Despite reporting this incident to hotel management, we have not yet received any meaningful response or assurance that appropriate action has been taken. This lack of accountability raises serious concerns about guest safety and the standards upheld by this establishment. I firmly believe that the individual responsible should be dismissed from their position to ensure the safety and comfort of future guests. Such unprofessional and predatory behavior should never be tolerated in the hospitality industry. If the hotel management takes immediate and decisive action, including the dismissal of the staff member and implementing measures to prevent such incidents in the future, I will gladly update or reconsider this review. However, until that happens, I feel obligated to warn others about this experience.

I was alarmed when I read previous reports but I agree with a previous comment, the decor is a bit old but our room was very quiet and very clean. The staff are helpful and friendly. The beach is quite far but there is a shuttle bus and there is a walk which is 20 minutes to reach the beach. Lots of smokers and I would like to see smoking zone especially for the outside restaurant. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Dosi hotel more like grosi I do not recommend at all, the staff are rude the rooms are unsanitary and the beds are very uncomfortable not to mention the stains on the bed sheets and matteres, there's no entertainment at night and no music around the pool, they have wild cats around the hotel which bit one of the family members they also refused to call an ambulance when we had a nose bleed because of a blood disorder, food is disgusting and not alot of food choice if your not Russian or German then you do not fit in. The hotel its self isn't cleaned regularly, stains that have been left there from days before I've not actually seen the maids cleaning the hotel such as moping floors or hovering carpets this is not a 4 star its more like a 1 star hotel. This hotel needs alot doing to it such as new more modern carpets and new staff, the staff refused to get you a drink and are always stearing at you. The pasta was oily and very watery to the point where i had to strain the pasta before eating it. If you have got litte kids under the age of 14 I do not recommend this hotel for you because like I said there isn't any entertainment.

Good resort with good facilities even though it's an old resort, rooms have plenty of space we had a family room and it was just perfect, pools are very good, cleanliness is also great, choice of drinks was within what's to be expected. Food wasn't bad, would have appreciated more variety specially on breakfast, lunch and dinner had plenty of choices, unfortunately was somewhat repetitive but had many options to choose from. Most staff was nice and treated us very well, was our first time in Turkey and we left with an overall positive experience. Overall was within what we expected, except maybe for the food which was somewhat repetitive, meals had plenty of choices, but it was mostly the same sort of meals, and breakfast to me was disappointing, and this is why it doesn't gets a better score. Evening entertainment was okay, and kids weren't forgotten and they always started with a stage activity for kids. Cocktails were basic, but again within expected in this price range.

On arrival we had no room and were given a temp room for the night and asked to return to reception after breakfast the next day. When we came back the next day they said they needed the room we were in and asked us to come back later, even then we were asked to stay in another temp room and come back on our 3rd day! After some complaining we managed to get a room. The lobby stinks of sweat, rooms are dated with sticky carpets, missing parts of the wooden doorframe around the lock, the duvet provided doesn’t even cover half of the double bed and was covered in blood. Hotel staff seem to want to avoid you if you’re from the UK even when asking for a drink from the all inclusive bar or speaking to reception Never expect quality food from an all inclusive buffet however the choices were a mix and match, you’ll struggle to make any sort of meal. It’s not worth the money that we paid and it wasn’t cheap just really disappointed as the holiday was meant to be relaxing but all we could think about was how we got mislead thinking this was a good hotel.

The Dosi hotel is clean but tired and the bedrooms are dated. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful with the exception of the couple of arrogant men at reception and in the lower pool bar. The ladies in the lounge bar and restaurant were fabulous and so kind. They work really hard in such heat. The pool area is clean and the big pool is lovely and cool to escape the heat. There is no way you'll go hungry on an all inclusive here as there's plenty to eat all day. The only criticism is the lack of ice cream for small kids during the day. The pool bar does a slightly different menu to the main restaurant and you can get chips and grilled food there. The lady who makes the flatbread pancakes is amazing to watch. How she manages in the heat is inspiring. Head into Side Old Town by local bus rather than taxi. You can get a bus for 1 euro per person which takes you straight to Side and you're then in the heart of the ruins and shopping area. From the bus stop cross the road and turn left, it'll take you down to the shops passing by the amphitheatre. On the way back up to the bus get the little road train 15 lira per person and takes the strain out of walking back up the hill in the heat

On arrival everything looked amazing. Man on reception was really nice. Our room was nice and clean however the bed was very uncomfortable due to having a large indent in the mattress. We had a family room with two small chest of drawers and a double sliding wardrobe with drawers inside. We were unable to use the wardrobe as the sliding doors were damaged so unable to open properly. Shower had a great flow of water however it clearly used to be an over bath shower so the fitting was only waist height. They had removed the bath and the fittings were still on the wall. The housekeeping staff were very friendly. Food wasn’t the best. There was chicken and Turkey stew every night. Lots of vegetables on offer also . Dinner was a hit or a miss. If you can cope with the repetitiveness then you will be ok. Chips were amazing and some of the soups were lovely. Snack time was biscuits and some sort of flat doughnut (these were really nice). There was a lovely lady that made some sort of flat breads with chocolate inside, these were also nice. We weren’t a fan of the deserts. They were all made with some sort of jelly. Any cakes were smothered in syrup etc, all far too sweet. They did look amazing though. Would be really nice if you like that sort of thing. There were some young male staff that were very very rude. I asked one for two glasses of ice and he said “what” in a raised angry voice. I then repeated my request nicely again, and he got my ice and slammed to two cups on the bar. This rudeness happened on many occasions. I understand they do work very hard in the heat but there really isn’t any need for the rudeness that we were shown. All inclusive drinks selection was not great. So due to the rudeness of the staff, repetition of food and lack of drinks options we either drank our own duty free, or on a few occasions we went out for food and drinks. I can recommend the Golden Fizz Restaurant near the hotel, the Irish leprechaun pub in Side and highly recommend the restaurant at the beach (food was amazing there). We did have an amazing holiday though as it is what it is. It was just somewhere to sleep and use the pool. Last but not least, whilst we were waiting on our transfer home, a mouse was running around reception. Please think very carefully and read the reviews before considering booking this hotel.

I wasn’t bothered by the dates decor as others were or the leak in the indoor bars roof! I could cope with the very traditional food and the lack of choice on the drinks menu (3 cocktails, beer and 5 bottles of spirits in the bar!) What bothered me was the rudeness of the bar staff and hotel management. The harassing from some waiters to take waiter service and the badger for tips. It made mealtime uncomfortable. They always targeted my father in law. The final straw was when someone got into our room with my 14 year old daughter was sleeping. I heard a knock and as I went to get off my bed in the adjoining room. I heard a male voice in the room with her, male voice muttered and left. By the time I got to the door I was the back of a man going down the corridor. When reported to hotel management they said they would check CCTV. They did and found nothing!!!!Told me I was mistaken. When I insisted the recheck it with me watching. I was patronised while they tried to proved I was wrong… It was an hour out. It was their staff!!!! He had ignored the do not disturb and entered our room. He was brought in and spoken to. He did not say sorry. Neither did the management. I was furious. What if she had been changing etc. Fortunately we left early hours to return home. Please make sure you always security chain your door, my husband was only gone minutes!!!!! Positives - cleaners , awesome. The lady who makes flatbread pancakes for hours on end, such a beautiful soul. Such a shame you can’t work for more respectful people! Sadly, first and last time in Turkey.
