I didn’t stay here, and never will, after the poor customer service received at reception when my debit card was retained by the ATM on their premises. The receptionist refused to call the operator as they had too many check ins to process.

It is a great and clean hotel. The staff are very kind to all people and never have any issues with them. There is always activities throughout the day and night which is great for kids. The food is varied meaning that there is something that everyone would like to have. The pool is massive and there are slides which are also great for children. The rooms are massive and have lots of storage space. The WiFi is great all over the hotel and is fast. Overall I would highly recommend coming to this hotel and I would definitely come again

Great time at Side Star Park. Sefa was entertaining us very well. Lots of different activities that everyone can take part in. Food is good. Lots of different choices. A la cartes are amazing.

We stayed with our family and friends in June this year (2025) it was our first time at this hotel, having been to side before. And I can’t say we were disappointed, we absolutely loved the place, from the staff, to the food, to the cleanliness of the hotel, it was absolute top notch. Always activities happening during the day (special shout out to Sefa, who was the main man, looking after us) and great entertainment at night. Will definitely be back .

First time in turkey and would definitely stay here again. Hotel was super, really well looked after by all the staff. Good choice of food and a la carte was a nice touch. Good choice of drinks. Entertainment team were good fun and helped pass the day especially Sefa who was brilliant with us

Lovely hotel which has everything you need and more. Very clean place and good food! We also made use of the nice beach and mini club a lot, the highlight is really the friendly staff (special thanks to Aysun & Nil), kids loved to spend time there :-) definitely recommend it!
