Excellent experience, very friendly staff, professional management, good food, night entertainment, interesting interior court/garden with beautiful plants, beautiful and clean swimming pool, close to the beach (100 m) and seaside restaurants. We strongly recommend and definitely return to it.

We went to the Turkish hotel for my husband’s birthday, expecting a feast of delicious, authentic Turkish food, but unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The food was far from authentic Turkish cuisine, lacking the rich flavors and traditional dishes we had hoped for. The meals were bland and uninspired, missing the vibrant spices and fresh ingredients that usually make Turkish food so enjoyable. Instead, we were served generic, poorly prepared dishes that didn’t reflect the country’s culinary heritage at all. It was clear that little effort went into the cooking, and the overall quality was well below average. Sadly, the food ended up being one of the biggest letdowns of our stay.

The hotel is small, with a private pool and a private beach a short walk away. The rooms are cleaned everyday, fresh towels, air conditioning and fridge stocked with bottles of water on arrival. The downside was the food, which may be because we were from the UK and everyone else were from places like Polond, Russia, Germany, Netherlands. Sprouts and broccoli for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Turkey nearly every day. Salad with added fly protien for breakfast. Chips for breakfast. Some folk struggled to put anything on the plate, like myself. Turkish night was awesome with chicken kebab, and one lunch was burgers. Kids were not catered for at all. Service at the bar, we had to wait for cleaning to finish before we were acknowledge and served, I don't mind waiting but don't ignore me. In short, food and bar service could definitely improve.

This hotel us in a good place only 400 yards from beach but the Hotel area is another 250 yards away. The hotel is basic and in need of a refurb and expexted more for the money paid. The food is basic and some of the choices surprising at certain times, dont expect the Full English. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are cleaned everyday. To be fair it is a clean hotel. I would go again but knowing what i am going back to. For the money paid possibly other Hotels may give better value.

A hotel where you can feel as at home. Great hospitality, starting from the reception guys, the front desk managed always open for help and make your stay at the hotel more comfortable, the restaurant guys, they all became my friends. Plus the food is excellent and room cleaning every single day while we stayed there... In shortly you will get much more than you've expected and even payed for, and want to stay there at Side Sunberk again and again. This was my 3th time in this hotel. See you soon again Side Sunberk ☺️

The staff is really friendly The food is Nice, many flavors to choose from. Breakfast, lunsj and dinner Fun activites at Nighttime (concerts, shows and dances) Near the beach Nice pool Alot of resturants near by if needed Daily cleaning of the room.

We arrived sunday evening. Very sweet staff, super helpful! Nice rooms and AC. The food was okay with good variation - turkish night fantasic! Often crowded at pool, but amazing private place at beach

Arrived at 3am to be greeted with a light meal and drinks. Cases taken to rooms. Fridge stocked with water ready for our arrival. Recently refurbished room with new air con. All inclusive little queuing for meals and don't have a queue to get drinks. Never had an issue getting sunbeds. Loved the fact you get a beach towel for a week per person. Staff were all friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Having 3 fussy eaters there was always something for them. 5 minute walk to the beach where they have there own free sunbeds for the hotel. Turkish night was great my husband enjoyed the chicken donner and barbecue food. My daughter can't wait to go back. All staff incredibly hard working and a real credit to the hotel. Late checkout 12pm was a great help. We will be returning to sunberk as we loved it. Gorgeous flowers in the hotel grounds.

if you’re moaning about the flies,you need to grow a pair.There’s nothing that the staff can do to get rid of them,as for speaking a different language to slag you off,we’re english and staff werenice
