I’ll give you a fair assessment of our trip having returned from a week away with my wife and two children (16).
Firstly the hotel is of a good standard - not 5 star in my opinion (probably 3/4) having stayed in Turkey on a number of other occasions.
The location is marred by the surrendering area which is “scruffy”. It’s a 5 minute courtesy bus to the beach which is OK and provides decent snack food. Side is about a 20 minute walk and is a must to see the spectacular ruins.
The main restaurant is mediocre at best - the food is although varied with plenty of choice, unfortunately the not warm. The outside grill area is okay with a few choices - chicken, burgers, steak etc but again not warm at all.
The pool area is nice however the water was extremely cold (might be warmer in July or August). The water slides were good and the pool snack bar offered the best choice of food - fresh and hot!!
The drinks were again pretty standard - no fancy cocktails unless you paid extra for this at the vitamin bar around €6 for a frozen strawberry dac.
All in all a pleasant stay - rooms are of a good standard, entertainment was pretty non existent and all the staff were friendly and polite (Mermet especially in the lobby bar!).

Entertainment staff, amazing sad to be going home Omer, sibel, busra, bibi, Kerim and unit are the best , but food very limited times , room are lovely but would still recommend a hotel

The rooms are lovely, we were lucky we had a garden view and this was much quieter than the other rooms. The food was not great, it was cold most of the time, the kitchen was very slow to top up the food trays when they were empty. The food was the biggest let down. There is a slight shortage of tables at busy times in the restaurant. The staff seemed to serve the other nationalities before the English. However, the adult pool was lovely (although next door to the kids play area). We would go back to this hotel in the future. Very short walk to Side, although only 10 euros by taxi.

Lovely hotel, great food, beautiful beach, clean pool. Plenty of selection for meals and a grill at the main restaurant every night. Deserts were unlabelled, so my partner with a nut allergy struggled to have any but they were delicious! Rooms were lovely with refilled minibar each day, we were on the ground floor right by lobby bar so could be a bit loud. But we ended up going to the bar by the restaurant until it settled down! Drinks were great! A wide variety and if you asked they’d try making it. A flawless holiday! Would definitely recommend and will return.

Do not expect to sleep in past 10am as the hotel has a morning wake up announcement at 10am followed with a rooster cal!!! They have no concept of a relaxing holiday and play pool music so load, along with the staff who seem to think shouting load on the microphone is entertaining.

Pros - hotel is clean, family rooms lovely & big, food is nice. Cons - dinner finishes too early at 8.30pm and the lights go out! They clear up around you while you eat in the dark! Also no labels in the restaurant so if you have serious allergies - beware! Staff had to use their phones to translate when I asked for gluten free bread. Some of the male staff are quite rude but I wonder whether this might be due to some other nationalities being very rude to them! Entertainment could be better.

Mixed experience: Positive: great variety of food and perfectly cooked. Negative: for some reasons beach drastically reduced comparing with 2019. Only inches to smoking neighbors. You need to go to get towels to basement/ spa and returned them after beach. Facility cleanness is very questionable. Huge problem to sign for a-la-cart restaurant dinner. Concierge line is unbearable. Three stars not five. Sorry.
