Our second time staying in this hotel and it was every bit as good as last time. Rooms spotless, food and drink of a really good quality, and lots of choice, including branded international drinks. The A la cartes are both really nice, we visited each one to break up our week of buffet food, the menus could be more varied but that’s just me being picky. Special mention to the staff at the hotel, they go above and beyond… Volkan and Kahramen (ask him for a napkin rose!) at Fely, and Arif at the beach bar and main buffet restaurant. Have to do a special mention for Jasmin who runs the kids club and children’s disco in an evening, she is so patient and genuinely cares for the children. My little boy is autistic and she was fantastic with him, making sure he was included. The only negative during our stay was the freezing cold pools, we booked this hotel purposely as they advertised as having heated pools… they definitely do not, we couldn’t even go in the big pools as they were far too cold. I don’t remember them being this cold from our last visit so maybe it was because we came in October, but I do believe if the hotel is advertising heated pools then they should be heated.
