The staff was not very friendly when we first entered. Ordered a queen bed but got a double bed which even if we put it together couldn't be put together because the heights were different. But the location is in the middle of the city and it's easy to get anywhere.

The hotel was very nice, surprisingly. As a hotel near the airport and far from everything else, I expected nothing. Instead, the interior was modern, beautiful, and they had a large area, too! The room was nice and pretty big for a standard type. I didn't try the breakfast because we had to leave early for the flight but we tried the restaurant for dinner and most of the food and drinks were nice. Overall a very pleasant experience!

A nice christmas tree decoration in the lobby while we arrived. But check in processing were slow as only one staff on duty during that time, rooms could use an update but the hotel was still clean and comfortable. The hotel breakfast was good and we enjoyed it.

The location of the hotel is very close to Juanda airport, so for midnight flights don't rush, For the bathroom facilities, there is only 1 towel and the towel is already quite stiff, there is no curtain on the window of the room on the 1st floor, so if you stay as a couple, you will have less privacy 🙏
