Jaya House River truly sets the standard of what excellence and exemplary service looks like. Not only is Jaya House a beautiful haven and one of a kind boutique hotel but the level of care and design of every detail is beyond wonderful. Their ability to be so thoughtful and kind in every little detail was so refreshing, we can’t say enough. Thank you Chris and staff for making my families first trip to Cambodia beyond amazing.

In this boutique hotel you will find a good place to explore the temples and the city of Seam Reap. The staff will help organizing your time with advices and providing transport. Its nice to spend time in this hotel relaxing in one of the two swimming pools , enjoying a massage at the spa or eating at the restaurant.

We recently stayed at Jaya House River Park in Siem Reap and had an exceptional experience. Chris and his team made us feel truly welcome, and our tour guide, Thom, enriched our temple visits with his knowledge.
The hotel's restaurant served delicious meals, clearly labeled for dietary preferences, and the staff were always attentive and helpful.
We particularly enjoyed the daily spa treatments, which provided a perfect way to relax after exploring. The complimentary poolside treats, including ice cream, and free water service kept us refreshed throughout the day.
We also appreciated the hotel's commitment to sustainability, being plastic-free and eco-friendly.
We highly recommend Jaya House River Park to anyone visiting Siem Reap; it offers a harmonious blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service.

My stay at Jaya House River Park in Siem Reap was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for an unforgettable experience.The location of the hotel is great Despite being just a short distance from the bustling city center and the majestic temples of Angkor Wat, the hotel felt like a tranquil oasis away from the hustle and bustle.The accommodations at Jaya House were luxurious yet comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. My suite was elegantly furnished and equipped with modern amenities, including a plush bed, spacious bathroom, and a private garden.One of the highlights of my stay was the impeccable service provided by the staff. From the moment I checked in, they went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. They even provided free laundry service, complimentary tuk-tuk rides to nearby attractions, and a local phone for us to use during our stay, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city.

Absolutely amazing experience. The hotel itself is fantastic but the real stand-out is the staff. They were probably the most exceptionally friendly and attentive staff I have ever had the pleasure to experience; I can not overstate this enough. From the moment I arrived at the Siem Reap airport to the moment I left they ensured my wife and I had everything we needed to make our stay remarkable. World class attention to detail, and customer service. The icing on the cake was the lovely hotel grounds with a secluded tropical motif (you don’t even realize you are in the city), the amazing rooms, the two beautiful pools, and the extremely convenient and tasty restaurant. Enthusiastically recommend the Jaya House River Park!

非常舒適和令人滿意的住宿體驗。酒店位置在市中心到吳哥窟之間，有免費的tuktuk送市區吃飯閑逛，但是市區繁鬧，我更願意呆在酒店享受酒店的靜謐和温暖的服務，酒店旁邊也有正宗的本地菜。房間包含每天的洗衣服務和放鬆按摩太貼心了，非常符合在吳哥的高温中暴走一天後的迫切需求。房間提供了免費軟飲和每日水果，當地的芒果實在是太甜了。每次回來工作人員都會遞上冰毛巾，每次出門他們也會仔細幫你噴上防蚊水，還會跟你聊聊吳哥的旅行感悟。時常碰上帥氣的老闆在門口跟客人寒暄，給客人一些旅行建議。酒店佈局緊湊，3層樓房間不多，但是安置了一大一小兩個泳池。房間窗户看出去都是鬱鬱葱葱，房間的設計以木頭和石材為主，很是自然舒適。我很喜歡酒店的大泳池，深淺相宜，四邊有斜坡，泡在泳池裡靠上去很愜意。總之，很舒適的度假酒店。
