Since my Bus going to Phnom Penh is at 10:30 PM. I tried my luck to book a hotel on the day itself and I am surprised that my booking is immediately confirmed. As I went to the Hotel, my booking reservation is already with them in hard copy. Will definitely book in this hotel again.

The room is very clean especially bedsheets. Smell is good and the receptionist girl in day and boy at night are really polite and good manner. I gave them more than 5 stars. I’m sure that I will come back to stay this hotel next time.

We stayed for 3 nights, first booked for a day, and then extended for two more days.
I really liked the attitude of the staff, they are ready to help with any question. We rented a bike and left it at the hotel for the night, in the morning I found the bike in a special room where all the rented equipment of visitors (bicycles and motorbikes) is stored, very nice.
At the reception they printed out my plane tickets for free, thank you!
The air conditioning was always on in the room, it was pleasantly cool (even when we left), there is a breakfast set: water, coffee with cream, sugar and a kettle.
The mattress is good, clean, the pillows are comfortable, we slept well.
The door to the toilet could be better, it's as if it doesn't exist.
The location of the hotel is also very good. Despite the fact that it is located in the very center, the hotel is quiet, you can't hear the noise from all the street cafes, from the pub street and the rest. It's literally a 5-minute walk to them.
Considering the cost per day, this is a great place!
(There is a hotel opposite with a pool where you can swim for $1).

Small room. Everything works. Hot water, Wi-Fi. Clean. You can wash your clothes for a small fee. At the reception they help with renting a bike or scooter. They allowed us to check in earlier, at 7 am, for this many thanks and a huge plus.
Of the minuses - on the same floor with us lived strange neighbors, they were Khmers and clearly in no hurry to see Angkor Wai, but all day they drank beer on the common balcony, and in the evening slammed doors and listened to rap music from the speaker.
