Poor customer service ever. She treat customers booking via app and walk in differently. Not helpful, strictly policy. I was booking with two single bed and request to change to one bed, first she let me pay extra since single bed is more expensive but then she let me to request via app to get approval. I need to wait one hour until i decide to stay with two single bed. Always mention this is policy.

The hotel is very nice and clean, the staff is courteous and nice. Peter was a very helpful concierge. The only complaint is the towels were a bit old. The bed is very comfortable and the roof top pool is amazing. I would stay there again.

Excellent location and room was fantastic. Manager was brilliant let us in the room earlier and got one of his staff to inform us as we were sitting beside the pool as we had got there at 5am from Sihanoukville . Breakfast average but that would be my only negative

Due to this hotel, our trip to Siam Reap was very comfortable. Great room, friendly staff. Quiet area, although close to the night market and pub street. Infinity pool is working until 22:00.

Wifi problems that would disconnect multiple times every single day I stayed, could not be fixed all week is ridiculous and ruined my work and my stay. Their solution was to call to reset their routers. Not acceptable for a hotel that is listed as 5 stars, hence the low rating and for the uncaring management.
