It was a wonderful stay. Pros: * The rooms are very spacious and have beautiful views * Breakfast was good, plenty of options but till 10am on weekdays. And they really start taking away all the food at 10am. * Right in the center of the city, you can walk anywhere * They keep your suitcases after checkout. I asked them if I can come back for them later that day, and they were nice and kept them. Cons *No coffee machine in room. They do have a fridge though. *No iron in room but they do have an ironing room *No parking, but down the street there is free parking, a 8 min walk. I easily found a parking at 10.30pm

There was a huge blunder by trip.com. Our reservation was not found. Nonetheless the gentleman at the front reception helped us out. It was stressful especially after driving up for so long into siena. Hotel location is abt 10-12 min walk into the main square. Parking within hotel is limited. There is a public parking just outside before entering the ZTL zone.

The hotel is far from the old town and is in a remote location, so it is very quiet. The room is quite spacious, the facilities are a bit old, and there are few restaurants around. It takes about ten minutes to walk to get there. It is better if you have a car, and the price-performance ratio is very high.

The location is not far from Piazza del Campo, it can be reached in 10 minutes by bus. I stayed for one night and it was clean and tidy. If you don't have dinner at the restaurant, there is a place nearby that makes very good pizza. It would only be better if there were slippers in the room.

Note that check in time until 8 pm. The room is very historical, compared to the price, the overall price is very high. The breakfast is rich and the location is convenient. It takes ten minutes to walk to the city center building and ten minutes to the central square. There is parking space. Small SUV friendly!

The hotel is near Siena Central Station (take the elevator from the mall opposite the train station), but it is very quiet and not far from the old city wall of Siena. Comfortable, safe, and the breakfast is also good. The room is a bit small, but it is normal compared to other hotel rooms in Italy. Even if you are staying alone, it is recommended to stay in a double room (more than 15 square meters). When you go out to play, the room is bigger and the mood is more open.
