整個房子很有味道，看起來富麗堂皇，位置也很好，早餐豐富。但是，一晚上房間的機器（一個是冰箱，一個不知道什麼，一直很很大的異響），睡覺很煩擾。另外一個大問題就是，自駕遊，停車服務需要預約，一定要提前聯繫酒店，他們前台要下午三點上班，我們沒有得到任何提示，到ztl限行區前，停下來打電話，她們説可以開進去，最後才知道我們開進去的門不對，所以還要收大概80的罰單！

What a beautiful place to stay, in the heart of Siena. Our room was lovely, comfortable and clean. There were other people staying but we never really saw or heard anyone else. The staff are very friendly and helpful, we will definitely stay again the next time we visit Siena.

We were in Siena for only 1 night. Staying at this location made us wish we had more time to stay. The room was beautiful and spacious, with a balcony including a table and chairs for coffee. The staff was exceptionally helpful and our breakfast was served in a gorgeous sitting area. This place is also where the Pope resided at one time. It's located just steps from the Duomo.

My wife and I were very pleased with our accommodation in Siena at Palazzo Borghesi. This historic palace has been recently renovated, but it still allows for a full experience of what a noble house felt like in the old days. The personnel went above and beyond to make our stay as special as possible. We highly recommend it.

A real palazzo fine decorated with murrano chandeliers, nice furniture, and a great atmosphere. Helpful and polite staff. Great location, two minutes walk from Il Campo. You feel like at home! It is one more reason to be back again in Siena.

We had a lovely 2 night stay which was very enjoyable. The Palazzo is situated on the second floor of the building in the old town with everything within walking distance. The actual building is amazing with many of the original features kept. Our bedroom was a little on the small side however this did not deter us having a lovely time. The bathroom had a really large walk-in shower. Everything was very clean & comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a list given on check-in on what was available and this is then prepared ready at the agreed time for breakfast each morning. A big thank you to Sonia who did a very good job looking after us.
