Hotel is near the roundabout and you may park the car along the roadside. Room is spacious and airy. There is a common pantry with a common fridge where u can store your food and make hot beverage using the electric kettle. If you opt for breakfast, bread will be served in the pantry area as well. Overall, it was a good stay and would recommend this B&B.

I do not recommend it...We arrived at 6:40pm and there was no one to open the door or greet us, I was calling for a long time and they did not answer, until they answered they told me that they would send me a video on WhatsApp to enter, the key to the room they left it in a pot. We didn't see anyone until the next day when the room was delivered at 10:00 am! 10am! You pay for a few hours! Additionally, when we left, they charged us 5 euros as a tourist tax when on trip it appears that it was 4. Very bad, the room is fine. But the service and the way they work very poorly.

Something that should be known about this hotel is that management is remote and check in is done through a phone app. Our travel service did not communicate this to us so it was a bit of a surprise to arrive and find no one home. The hotel is fairly convenient to train station (10 minute walk) and rooms are nice, but it's a 25 minute uphill jaunt to old Sienna whether you huff it up the hill or take the escalators. And the surrounding neighborhood, while safe, is not charming and has few food options. We also found that the breakfast service would be canceled if insufficient guests signed up beforehand. Get it, but would have liked to know before booking. We chose it for convenience to station, but , in retrospect, wish we had opted to stay in the old city.

The hotel is clean, recently renovated and very convenient to the train station. Those are the positive aspects. The negative: the hotel is not convenient to the old city. You either hike uphill through Port Oville or retrace steps to train station and take escalators up. Takes about 20 minutes either way. It is also managed remotely through WhatsApp. Despite our travel agency's description, there is no front desk staff. You contact manager by phone and information is sent via WhatsApp, which you need to install if you don't have already. We were told breakfast was available for fee, but it isn't available unless enough rooms choose to book it. We also came home from touring Siena to find housekeeping had left a key to our room in the door where any other guest would have had access. It was OK, but in retrospect would have spent a little more for location and mgt. that was on premises.

We stayed here for one night after a wedding nearby to rest and relax and have a wander around Siena. Check-in was easy, although it didn’t feel super secure that the front door was always unlocked and there was just a code on the gate. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean and on paper it’s good value for money. However, there was quite a lot of traffic noise as our room was on the street side even though we requested a quiet room when we booked. This would have been fine but there was someone in a nearby room playing loud music with a heavy bass well into the early hours of the morning, and with nobody on reception there wasn’t really a way to get this dealt with. Didn’t get to sleep until very late.

Stayed 3 nights, loved the self check in feature which was very easy to use, the room was clean and well taken care of, the property is quite green and the view from the balcony is amazing. If I could find a negative that would be the water pressure which was quite low, but I’m not sure that it would have been different anywhere else in the city as these things depend on the municipality. Would definitely stay again!

I stayed at this property during a tour that I had organized in Tuscany, the structure is located in a rather convenient area for accessing the city and there are many car parks in the street so, although the structure does not have private parking, we did not have never had problems parking nearby. Upon entering you find yourself in a room that is used for breakfast, very large and bright. The room is large, equipped with a large wardrobe, two bedside tables, double bed and desk. The bathroom is spacious, the shower is very large. and convenient there were both shower sheets and hand towels. everything was very clean I must say that everything was very clean and the staff was very kind I don't know how the breakfast was as we went to have it at the Corsini pastry shop (winner of cake star 2022) which is 10 minutes from the B & B although all the rooms were occupied we had no noise problems there are two negative points for me one is the fact that there is no small minibar (empty) in the room, needing a fridge for some medicines that I take I had to use my coolbox that I keep by car another negative point is that there is no possibility of being able to have a coffee or a bottle of water during the day/evening... a distributor would be excellent, it is certainly a very good structure for those who want to stay in Siena, outside the center very chaotic with tourists, but reachable in 10 minutes on foot both through Porta dell'Ovile and with the escalator from the San Francesco car park
