Don't be fooled by the photos of this hotel
The location is generally far away from the ancient city of Siena. The building of the hotel apartment is newly built. The design/setup of the room is very poor. The space is large but there is no table. In addition to the bed, there are only 2 plastic chairs. It flooded after taking a shower. The weird design of the semi-open bathroom was just a ceramic plate. It couldn't hold water and the water drained very slowly from the floor drain. The most annoying thing is that no one is doing the room service and no one is giving new bath towels. There is water all over the bathroom floor. The ladies at the front desk were polite but incapable of solving problems. Early in the morning, an uncle broke into our room with a key card. Please make your own decision whether you can live there or not.

We had an amazing stay at Siena Hills Apartments. The location was quiet and the gated community felt very safe. There weren't too many people, and the guests were of mixed nationalities, adding to the diverse atmosphere. However, the lack of a balcony was a drawback, and the kitchen equipment was really limited. Basic items like a wine opener and dish brush were missing, and the frying pan was super small, making it hard to prepare anything more complex than breakfast. You have to almost bring everything you want. Despite these minor issues, our overall experience was fantastic.

The staff has to be the number one thing about here,they were all so helpful kind and polite. The location was a great base. The room was spacious clean and bright. We hired a car and the free parking was a great addition to the stay and I really liked the wooded area attached to the apartments. Great value for a nice clean base

New structure but totally to be revised. It is not easy to reach the center on foot. Bare rooms without anything from furniture to hair dryers ... with mold, not soundproof and without blackout curtains in the living room. Terrible welcome, apart from the blonde receptionist, the rude and unpleasant colleague. Basic basic breakfast and 90% packaged products ... perhaps the only positive note is the large garage even if dirty and neglected. Given the price paid for one night for two rooms, almost € 500, I would say that we are not there

Very large rooms and everything brand new and modern, air conditioning, cleanliness, very comfortable structure, restaurant and swimming pool. The only flaws: there are no mirrors in the rooms (except for a small one in the bathroom) but above all there are few sunbeds in the pool. Booked a two-room apartment for 4 for the STRADE BIANCHE event. Luxurious structure. But it all ends there. Poorly competent staff who pay little attention to the customer: they are not interested in taking care of him! 4 of them had a two-room apartment: 1 cup for breakfast, 2 chairs, no mirror and no coat rack. You feel like saying: the customer...like a stranger!!!! Not to mention the EXTRAS not known at the time of booking: €50 to keep the room until 3pm and €100 until 6pm. And this considering that the structure was completely occupied by cyclists participating in the race and who therefore needed to take advantage of the room and shower after the competition. Despite our complaints upon payment, the manager (if you can call him that) simply replied that he couldn't do anything about it. Instead of being grateful they saw fit to give you the final beating.

We stayed overnight in the hotel on New Year's Eve. Modern, very large, clean and really well furnished. Probably still a few things to fix but given that it was only inaugurated four months ago I think it's more than plausible. The only lack we found was a curtain for the bathroom window, our window overlooked the courtyard where anyone could go and therefore if you wanted to look out, despite the mirrored windows, the interior was clearly visible. For the rest and as regards the friendliness, hospitality and availability, excellent. I would recommend changing the distance between the structure and the center more precisely as it is not exactly correct, it took us about 35 minutes on foot to reach it.
