I stayed at this property two months ago. So what I say refers to the end of January. I apologize if I'm only writing the review now. However, I had saved the evaluation on a sheet of paper. I'm sorry I didn't report the problems to the receptionist but I risked missing the train so I rushed to check out. It is a bed and breakfast located near the train station, but breakfast was not included in the price of €45 plus €2 tourist tax. The entrance, which I don't know if it's the same for everyone, was dark. There was a dusty lamp that gave some light. That darkness barely illuminated by that lamp created a fascinating atmosphere, so I liked the entrance. The hotel was dirty. Dirty stairs, dust around. There was no elevator. However, I liked the particular structure, the furnishings and the layout. The room wasn't in a great place either. The dirty floor, sink with hairs (perhaps from beards), mirrors to clean, and wobbly chairs at risk of falling. There were two beds and the one I used looked clean but there was a wool blanket available which definitely needed washing. The room was a little larger than others I've slept in. Television. Large terrace with table and chairs and with parapets that are too low and in my opinion dangerous for someone who, walking in the evening or during the day, distracted, trips over a chair. Rating with three dots because despite everything, as I have already said, the room was larger than the others where I slept and there was a large terrace, at the price of 45. The whole structure needed tidying up. With a safer terrace and regular chairs it would have deserved a better rating. I don't think I will return to Siena, but if so, I might also return to this establishment
