The location near the city center and train station with convenient parking and walking distance to attractions was appreciated. Guests enjoyed the cleanliness, spaciousness, and comfort of the rooms and bathrooms.

It should be an ancient building with a long history. The landlord used the upstairs of the house as a hotel. There are not many rooms, full of retro style. The facilities are relatively old and the ones facing the street are a bit noisy, but everything else is fine. The host was kind enough to help with luggage. The small garden is great for tea.

Close to the train station, convenient but a little far from the city center~ Old-style villa, called B&B but doesn't even have a decent kitchen, large room facing north, no sun, cold and damp, large balcony, useless, TV and air conditioning don't work, night temperature is 4 degrees, but there is no heating, there is a small electric heater the size of a small table fan, basically useless~ Overall, the price-performance ratio is not high. The owners of the private B&Bs I stayed in this time are very frugal, saving as much as possible. For example, the owner didn't mention this small electric heater when I checked in. It was placed in the corner and looked like a small table fan. He only asked when I checked out, "Are you cold at night? This can be used for heating. It made me laugh and cry~

It's easy to find, but the interior lighting is very dark, so women might feel scared.

The ambience was charming. It was close to walk to all of the venues and transportation. The owner/manager was attentive and was available for any questions. Checkin was easy. Would definitely recommend.

Booked for the 18th for a night on the 16th because the reservation site said it could be cancel, went to bed, woke up the next day with the news that my event got canceled because of the weather in Imola. Right away cancelled the reservation that I made couple hours prior. Then I got charge for the room and then it the footprints of the email it says it cannot be cancelled 3 days before the stay but I BOOKED 3 days before the stay so why does the website say I can cancel it then? I then explained my intention of leaving a review of this bad experience so it doesn’t happen to anyone else, and the threatened to CALL THE POLICE for me leaving a review?!? This is by far the worst experience I had and sure hope it doesn’t happen to someone else.

I stayed at this property two months ago. So what I say refers to the end of January. I apologize if I'm only writing the review now. However, I had saved the evaluation on a sheet of paper. I'm sorry I didn't report the problems to the receptionist but I risked missing the train so I rushed to check out. It is a bed and breakfast located near the train station, but breakfast was not included in the price of €45 plus €2 tourist tax. The entrance, which I don't know if it's the same for everyone, was dark. There was a dusty lamp that gave some light. That darkness barely illuminated by that lamp created a fascinating atmosphere, so I liked the entrance. The hotel was dirty. Dirty stairs, dust around. There was no elevator. However, I liked the particular structure, the furnishings and the layout. The room wasn't in a great place either. The dirty floor, sink with hairs (perhaps from beards), mirrors to clean, and wobbly chairs at risk of falling. There were two beds and the one I used looked clean but there was a wool blanket available which definitely needed washing. The room was a little larger than others I've slept in. Television. Large terrace with table and chairs and with parapets that are too low and in my opinion dangerous for someone who, walking in the evening or during the day, distracted, trips over a chair. Rating with three dots because despite everything, as I have already said, the room was larger than the others where I slept and there was a large terrace, at the price of 45. The whole structure needed tidying up. With a safer terrace and regular chairs it would have deserved a better rating. I don't think I will return to Siena, but if so, I might also return to this establishment

I stayed in this b&b last week in the NARCISO room. I avoid dwelling on the furnishings of the room: old furniture (and it can be) and dusty (not this!). Positive note the comfortable mattress. The thing that really outraged me was the condition in which the stinky and dirty bathroom was pouring. I would say that at €60 a night you can't expect silk sheets, but neither can you find a dirty toilet like in the worst public toilets.

We have just returned from a stay in Siena, which has turned into a holiday thanks also to this accommodation facility. A stone's throw from the historic center, charming in its furniture, well maintained, clean and with an excellent quality-price ratio. In addition, those who manage (I do not know if it is the owner, in this case excuse me) is of an exquisite kindness.
